Due to my inclusion of a quite frankly ridiculous amount of gratuitous smut, I am turning this into a four-book series. The final preorder will be set for May 2023 but will be released early when the book is ready, and I'll be aiming for August 2022. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

May 10, 2022Holy crapola! This book almost killed me. I wasn’t sold on the story I had planned to tell and I think that’s what did me in. On top of that, I basically kind of checked out of life in the lead-up to the anniversary of my brother’s death.
I finally got on track with *checks notes* 17 days until my deadline. My proofreader agreed to turn the manuscript around in a STUPID amount of time and I got another 11 days to write it. I did write pretty much every day after that, with two exceptions.
So I wrote and wrote and wrote. I wrote what is an absolutely gratuitous amount of smut. So much smut that it became clear that I couldn’t finish the story in the number of words I had to do it, let alone in the timeframe of *rechecks notes* 5 days left to write it.
I’d just cracked the 80k mark, and kept adding whole chapters of smut to the book. Now, I do still maintain that at least some of the smut IS plot (important character development, I like to call it). A LOT of these characters change as they participate in new sexual acts and discover things about themselves sexually.
But then other times I just really wanted to see Logan Dom the shit out of Lexi. Or for Lexi to…wait…spoiler. Or for Ash…spoiler. Hmmm…Dante is hot AF and remains Lexi’s husband. There we go. OMG! Protective Dante is 🔥. Seeing him go off at people because they’re trashing his angel… 🥰
There was that chapter I had to rewrite because Heather watched Lexi orgasm and it didn’t work for the character. I kept it casual (she just held the phone while Lexi had a video call with the guys), and it was hot AF, but it was too much. My desire to have Lexi fuck everyone is intense. I also wanted to write some lady love and my alphas were concerned when I was like, “But couldn’t they just kiss? Like, with all the partners’ consent, of course!” Maybe next series with different characters. Besides, I know Heather and Harrison are monogamous. *sigh*
The way I rewrote it, though, I could actually have included that later in the book or in the next book and it would now fit and make sense.
I probably won’t. Although, I did have fun with Harrison’s reaction to Logan writing on Lexi. Oh, how I laughed and laughed when I wrote, “Holy shit,” I say slowly. “Dante and I do that, too!” Just in case anyone wasn’t aware that Lexi started life with the name Heather.
Anyway, the irony of this review is that I won’t have the updated cover until Friday, so now I have no way of letting people know it’s been updated yet! I guess they’ll know when they know.
The freedom to finish the book where I did was amazing. Also retitling it to Wicked Screwed. There are so many reasons that title is hilarious, go look for the hashtag on TikTok. I had no idea it would become my book’s title, but a reader suggested it and it was so perfect!
Most importantly, now I get a whole fourth book that I can use to completely and utterly defile these characters in new and different ways.
I’ll leave you with this…
Don’t come to this book series looking for plot because the plot is just the reasons they’re going places and doing things other than sex. Oh, and I realised just yesterday as I wrote chapter 17 that if these characters are in private and especially if they’re in a bed, they will fuck.
Anyway, I’m off to rewrite chapters 14-16 from Nate’s POV for the newsletter bonus because of course I am. What other option would be better? None. Nothing could be better than those chapters from Nate’s POV. 🤤

Wicked Screwed
Dang!!! Boy do these books keep turning up the heat 🥵💯👌 Lexi is one lucky fmc. Her husband Dante is like the best freaking husband possible. Then on top of that she has Nate, Logan and Ash!!! If you're looking for bdsm then this book/series is it. I've not read a ton of bdsm, but I need more books with the way this has gone. I love the progression of mm in this. I have been wanting a book that took on a higher level of mm that this particular book in the series has. I am so here for it. I can not wait to see if things continue to progress with them all. You have got to read this book asap!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💦💦💦💦💦🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵💯👌

I've loved this series from the very very beginning and have been lucky enough to read it in advance.
As Sian says don't read these books looking for lots of plot. There is plot in there, and plenty of character development but there is an awful lit of smut, and let me tell you it is 🔥 🔥 🔥
I have really enjoyed watching the relationships between all the characters grow and change during the course of this book and now can't wait to read book 4

Holy goodness of all the smut gods.
I loved this continuation of Lexi’s story. I really feel like she had so much more to overcome in this book and the added plot but also smut actually really added to that.
Beyond Lexi I loved to see the development we see with Ash in particular but also Dante and Nate as well in this book. I really feel like I know all the guys and love them all. (Can I please keep them? Please?)
I know originally this was a trilogy but let me say now I think splitting it into four parts was the way to go based on the third book only. Trying to wrap it up where we left it would not make sense to their story and would have been rushed.
I loved this continuation of Lexi’s story. I really feel like she had so much more to overcome in this book and the added plot but also smut actually really added to that.

This book and this series were written purely for the readers' pleasure. 🔥🔥🔥
Don't go into this book expecting an in-depth plot. This book excites you by the pure filth that is the smut. I was thinking that Sian can't find something new to incorporate into this book but my, oh my, was I wrong! There is so much steam in this book you may want to turn off your fire alarm!
Now, onto the relationships. I'm not hiding that Ash and Nate are probably my faves. So, imagine me taken by complete shock about the development these two are part of. 👀
I'm still a sucked for the two first books but this one isn't much different than the others. I just really can't get behind Lexi having a different relationship with Ash. I just don't feel like it fits her and it was really shocking as it didn't have much of a prelude in the previous books. Same with Ash's new likes. Even though it's not my favourite, it's still written in a way that doesn't let anything dry.
I'm excited about the last book and can't wait for how everything will solve itself. Oh, that's another thing, there is some plot, with drama, so Sian kinda delivers on all fronts! And even though it's truly filled to the brim with smut there is a lot of focus on the relationships themselves. This book was mainly focused on Ash and Nate in my mind, with Dante having a lot of spotlight but Logan was missing a little, he spent a lot of this book in the kitchen. 😂
My fave parts:
✧ the remote play, the DP!
My least favourite parts:
✧ the gravy, the development with Ash and Lexi. In my mind it doesn't fit his personality or behaviour of previous books and I'm kinda bummed about it. The dynamic is off
If you want hints of some of the things you can expect when it comes to the smut.
So, if you need a good little filthy palette cleanser between the tamer books. This one is for you. 💥

Guess what Lexi uses in this book?
I CRINGED SO FREAKING HARD.
I could not take this seriously after all the goddess mentions.
I BARELY ACCEPTED ANGEL AND HONEY, AND NOW YOU'RE MAKING ME READ THIS???
Plus the entire book felt so rushed. It didn't read well.
Half of the smut scenes had the same issue as book one, "so much" smut, but it's not descriptive. It was mostly:
"He does X until I come."
Or
"He does Y until I'm on the edge."
Like, I want DESCRIPTIONS.
If you're not going to give us a plot (and what was that ending anyway???) at least deliver on the smut!

Guys, gals and non-binary pals. Charge your adult entertainment devices and stock up on lube! There is so much "gratuitous sex" according to the author, but it never feels uncalled for, but more of a gift that keeps on giving. Although I didn't count the number of orgasms on the page, if you are considering an orgasm to page ratio, the orgasm column is definitely longer than the page count! This is not a bad thing at all!
Yes, there's a story, and a bit of mystery going through the book that we still don't know the answer to (I've learnt it's hardly ever the obvious character!) and some of the characters we have grown to love take on new and welcome roles, with orgasmic results.
Yes, the book ends on a cliffhanger, but it merely makes me yearn for the fourth book of the trilogy. And to be honest, a five or six book trilogy with these five main characters would be something I could endure, even if it means more wear and tear on the hubby and adult toys!
Oh and this was an ARC, and these are my honest views.

Wicked Screwed; A Steamy Rockstar Romance is the third book in the Wicked Series by Sian Ceinwen. It is a reverse harem book with clearly defined trigger warnings. The story is about the wife, Lexi, of the bass player, Wicked Stallion, who is now in love and physical relationship with the other three band members. Her husband encouraged the connection and had no problem with it happening. Part of the fallout occurs when a former jilted girlfriend of one of the players decides to expose the band's secrets to the press and attempts blackmail to get him back. This book is about the fallout and the emotional wringing out of Lexi. The warnings should be heeded if BDSM is not something you typically read. I felt the second book took the scenes a bit far for my tastes, but this book went even further. I love Sian Ceinwen's books, but intense BDSM scenes are not something I enjoy reading. We are all different as readers with different tastes. Will I stop reading Sian Ceinwen's books? Never! I love her rockstar books!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ARC of Wicked Screwed! I missed the characters and needed to know what was next after that bit if a cliffhanger in book two. I devoured the book as soon as I could!
I love the ways all the relationships are developing but that the love between them is still there. The amazing representations of consent and aftercare is just so fantastic. Dante and his protectiveness of Lexi ❤️ I got to understand Ash, Logan and Nate all the more. Plus the smut to plot ratio is **chef’s kiss**

Curiosity killed the cat.
So needless to say, I'm now just reading these books to see where they go. I won't lie, I am scrolling past a lot of the sex scenes as they've become monotonous to read, especially with one happening every few pages.
For a group so worried about what's going to happen to them and their reputations due to Cassie leaking their private lives, this group has a lot of sex.
So instead of just harping on the writing style or he lack of descriptive words - though the third installment was slightly better with descriptions of said acts - I'll just do a list.
1. Props to there actually being somewhat of a storyline this time. The group actually did stop having sex everywhere to worry about Cassie's path of destruction. They ventured out places - mostly to the record label, their manager's office or the lawyers but they ventured out nonetheless. Lexi even went on a trip to Chicago to visit with Heather and her husband's band. Color me shocked to say I actually enjoyed seeing plot.
2. "Keep my wife's name out of your fucking mouth." Okay, calm down there, Will Smith. Ain't no one talking about Jada. Oh wait, we're not at the Oscars. I'm still reading the book. Not going to lie, that actually made me laugh. I had to go see when this book was published and couldn't help but wonder if the author referenced the infamous slap.
3. Goddess. This is why the book didn't get three stars. Because every time Ash uttered the word "Goddess", I had to stop and make sure I didn't somehow venture into Fifty Shades of Grey. It got to the point of me cringing at the Domme scenes with Lexi and Ash. I mean, props to her being a switch but it was just awkward as hell for me to read.
4. Why is Ash suddenly bi-curious and has a crush on Nate? When he's not really shown any interest in being with Nate before? It just seemed so random as Nate has recently discovered he was bisexual as well.
All in all, this book wasn't as bad as the other two even if it was completely ridiculous at times. I did get through it quicker as I was mostly skimming the sex scenes enough to get a general idea of what was going on. And as much as I hate to admit it, I'm curious to see how the band handles being dropped from their label and what come-uppance happens with Cassie.

Dealing by distraction
Wicked Screwed (Something Wicked Volume 3) by Sian Ceinwen is the third installment of the Something Wicked series. While intended to be a trilogy, there's so much happening (antagonism, emotions and blow your top steam) that three books just wouldn't cut it. Some might be disappointed, but I'm thrilled to be getting another book about these wonderful characters.
The plot takes these characters through the horror and humiliation of having their relationship gossiped and discussed by the media, social media and the public in general. Throughout this book, the reader can feel Lexi's struggle to deal with the aftermath and she finds reprieve with her guys, Dante playing a big part in defending her and providing support. A decidedly significant distraction strategy is keeping Lexi in a constant state of bliss which increases the steamy hotness factor by a thousand.
Overall, Wicked Screwed is a pulse pounding steamy read with nary a dull moment! Lexi continues to struggle emotionally, but the one reliable and constant factor is Dante, Nate, Logan and Ash. Yes, this book ends in a sort of cliffhanger, but it just increases my anticipation for the next volume, Wicked Freedom. I can't wait!!

I'm not giving any spoilers because you NEED TO READ THIS. If you've already read Wicked Opportunity and Wicked Betrayal, then you know what to expect from this series. This is escapism, this is not plot driven. This is smut and that's why we read it. If you are a pearl clutching Karen do not even bother to read the series. Sian makes no apologies about amount of gratuitous sex. This time, no kink is spared, no stone is unturned to discover what everyone desires and IT'S HOT 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I am here for it!

There’s a new connection in this book and when I tell you I would walk on broken glass to read more of them, I am not kidding.
Is there a plot? Yes. Do I care about it as much as I do the interpersonal relationship development between characters? Absolutely not. But if you need plot, this has the most of the series (still a 62% smüt/volume ratio, I believe!)

When my ARC copy came through I couldn't be more excited! I absolutely love this book series and I adore Lexi and her guys!
I loved how despite everything that is going on with them right now they stuck closely together and you just know nothing can shake the foundations of their relationship. Seeing how protective Dante is of his wife is everything I still wouldn't complain to more scenes of just him and Lexie though I love him so much!
The character development is incredible especially with ash it was incredible and something I did not see coming at all! And as always the book was on fire 🔥 so much smut sian never disappoints!
I am so excited for the next book I don't think I can wait especially after that cliffhanger! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

3.5 Stars for empowerment
This series is just good people having a crap ton of filthy, kinky, fully consensual sex, and that’s beautiful to me. I want to be them when I grow up, in terms of a healthy approach to both sexual and emotional intimacy, no matter how unconventional their relationships might seem. I know this might sound strange but they’re weirdly wholesome.
The Cassie storyline still enraged me; the new dynamic between Ash and Lexi kept throwing me off, probably coz I was used to something else by this point, or bcoz I’m such a bottom myself. But it was also empowering. I’m telling you these guys set a wonderful, drama free example of poly relationships. Logan is still my favorite, but I’m fond of all of them.

I have had to re-read the other two before moving onto the third chapter of this story - such a hardship I’m sure you’ll agree.
As someone who is poly I have loved how this story and the characters have developed. Although the pop stars and rich lifestyle are far away from most of us, the love and compersion that they have for each other is common in the poly community. And a reverse harem is a dream lol
Can’t wait for the next and final instalment and for any of you who read this just to whinge about the smut - get a life

Hot, Steamy & Jaw Dropping
I love how we get more story in this without compromising the spicy scenes. This book made me gasp,laugh, want to throw things and cry!
I can’t believe some of the stuff done to the fivesome by outsiders in this. It’s truly disgraceful but would also be exactly what would happen in our reality.
We’re introduced to more sexual experiments and I loved every second of it! I cannot wait for Wicked Freedom (Book 4)!

OMG Sian, Wicked Screwed is scorching/sizzling full of all the feels, smut and so much love. Lexi and her men, Dante her steadfast husband, Logan, Nate and Ash's story continues with Cassies revenge. I love the character development with a few surprises. Another cliffhanger looms...what will happen to the band. I am excited that another book has been added to the series.

screaming, y’all this book just keeps getting spicier and sluttier. if there were less emotions i’d give it a 5 but i’m very much in an emotionless phase right now so the sad boi hours were boring for me. however don’t let that keep you from reading this book (or the rest of the series) because it’s too fire to sit out😌

Do you like all the sexy scenes and little plot? I sure do. This is what smut is supposed to be. This series is so over the top ridiculous yet strangely believable. I'm crazy jealous of Lexi. I've been recommending it like crazy in all my FB book groups. Chapter 16 is fantastic 🥵

If you’ve gotten to book 3 you know this series is mostly 🌶️ and this one holds up.
I’ve enjoyed the character development in the MMCs as well as in the BDSM world.
I can’t wait for certain characters to get their just deserts too.
