Carnmassicre's reign of tyranny continues in this second installment of the Dark Eclipse. In the Scorbic star system lies the planet Xissba. This once peaceful and beautiful planet has now become host to the Demonixa. Led by Carnmassicre, the second son of Morgmodeus, along with his sister, Minda-Proserpine, the Demonixa continue to wreak havoc on the planet and its inhabitants. While the Badger and Halo squadrons battle the hoards of Wraiths above, the ground troops are faced with unimaginable terrors below. The dead walk bearing warning of impending doom, while others offer invitations to join their morbid ranks. Large, venomous spiders called Rekluse along with their riders, the Maradazza feast on any poor soul who is unfortunate enough to cross their path. As the battle rages, Carnmassicre learns of a being known as The Teacher. Could this teacher bring an end to Carnmassicre's reign or will his evil continue to spread to other planets like hellish and unstoppable plague?

Born and raised in Pueblo, CO., Christopher M. Salas developed a penchant for science fiction and the paranormal from his grandmother and uncle. As a child spending time with his grandmother, Juanita, included watching Doctor Who, Battlestar Galactica, and Buck Rogers. His uncle Augustine would tell tales at the dinner table, recounting scenes from movies he had watched, such as Dawn of the Dead or The Exorcist. This played a key role in Christopher’s predilection for horror and science fiction. Currently residing in Colorado Springs, CO., Christopher dabbles his storytelling in various genres of fiction–Science Fiction, Horror, Fantasy, Westerns, and Steampunk.
