It’s official! I’m in love with this author duo dynamic!
There’s nothing like an insta story with feels! And that’s exactly what you get with this book!
GAH …. I really enjoyed this story! Actually, I enjoyed both Gage and Vaughn’s stories a great deal. I read them back to back and I feel like it may have enhanced my experience, so I have to say that if you’re new to the series, I’d start with Gage. The timelines and the characters are interconnected but you’d still be able to enjoy each book separately just as well.
I’m just starting out with these authors and I just can’t wait to devour more works! The sexy was on point with what you would expect in an insta story-line. The characterization was perfect and Vaughn and Morgan fit like a glove. There was no drama for drama sake and the story unfolded nicely with a lot of heart and a dash of humor!

I am hooked on this series! Ella & Rochelle are a dream team. On their own I've devoured everything these two have written, but together? OMG they know how to bring the heat.
Vaughn's old school ways will have the most hardened of us swooning. This man! Worldly and good looking he seems to have the perfect life. But only a select few know the real Vaughn Corbett. Growing up in the foster system he knows what it's like to want things, and to want to belong. But seeing Allie Henderson on the red carpet everything else seems to fade into the background. He doesn't know who she is but he'll make sure he does by the end of the night.
Allie is a phenomenal character. She ticks all the boxes. Shes' smart, sassy and has no problem speaking her mind. And an up and coming screenwriter all her dreams seem like they are coming true.
Best friends with Morgan since kindergaten they've been through everything together. Now here on the biggest night of her friends life she can't let herself get distracted. But seeing the sexy Vaughn Corbett up close and personal it's going to take all her of her concentration to not climb him like a tree monkey.
The intense attraction virtually leaps of the pages. Vaughn knows what he wants. And it's her. He's never felt anything like this. She's connected to him. He didn't see it coming but he's damn sure not going to let it go.
Going home with him is just the start. Practically moving in with him? Yeah she didn't see that coming either. But seeing these two together in his space? It was comfortable. Like she'd already been there before. She slid effortlessly into his life. Seeing her things with his, yeah he'd like to make that permanent. Is it too fast? No! This is Hollywood and dreams can come true.
But just when things seem like they are as perfect as can be an overheard conversation comes close to destroying what these two have been building. Vaughn has secrets, ones he can't disclose.
I can't rate enough. Engagement factor is off the charts. The secondary characters are screaming at me. I can't wait for book 3.

I am loving this series with Rochelle Paige and Ella Fox. I loved their books before, but together they're unstoppable. If you haven't read Gage (book 1) before you read this, it's okay because you get somewhat of Gage's story in this too. Vaughn and Allie's story happens at the same time as Gage. It's great seeing their side and how they are able to conquer their misunderstanding. I love how Vaughn doesn't give up. You have the immediate attraction and connection that you can't get enough of. Not to mention that the steamy scenes left me needing more than just a cold glass of water.

Another feel good, insta love from this great author duo! I was dying for this book when the bombshell was dropped at the end of Gage! Vaughn is a stand-alone in the love under lights novels. Gage comes before Vaughn and I recommend you read it first because these characters are to die for! Most insta-Love romances are feel forced and are really cliché, but that is not the case with this series! Everything flows so smoothly and the characters connect is genuine and sparkling with heavy dose of attraction! Vaughn easily stole my heart right along with Allie’s. Very happy with their ending and I’m looking forward to the next book! I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.

You know when you think you have something figured out but then its not exactly what you thought? Thats me right now.
I thought i had Vaughn and Allie sussed. I thought i knew how their book would go and everything but as i was reading i realised i guessed completely wrong.
Meeting Allie and Vaughn is Gage and Morgan's book i was so excited for their story but it really didn't do it justice what i was thinking.
Vaughn was bloody amazing and a complete sweetheart. I loved how he was with Allie and how when he set his sights on her he couldn't understand why he felt so strongly for her but wasn't willing to pass her up.
Allie was great. She was so sweet and everything Vaughn didn't know he needed.
I really loved this book like the first one! These authors are showing that they are one hell of a team when it comes to writing these amazing books!

5 ‘ Sweeping Me Off My Feet’ Stars
Swooooonnnnnn….. Vaughn cemented the perfection that is this Love Under The Light series, and proves once again what a winning writing duo Ella Fox and Rochelle Paige are! Romance collaboration perfection indeed! Insta-connection turned sweet and swoon-worthy romance personification!
I couldn’t have been wanting – no, NEEDING – Vaughn more than I did after that intriguing situation we were left in Gage. Well after finishing this story, I can honestly say it surpassed all my expectations. With the conflict set beforehand, and here in Prologue, we are set on a trip to the past, and we witness their whole blossoming relationship, and let me tell you, that this is how you write a deep insta-connection turned slow burn romantic LOVE! Vaughn blew me away, and really swept me off my fit with his seduction game – not that it was a game to him, lol. This man was all ALPHA, and all the swoon-worthy qualities we want in out romance Heroes: a true ‘Best Book Boyfriend’! *sigh dreamily*
Allie was such a strong willed character, much like her bff, Morgan, and it’s a joy to read how much these women stand up for themselves, but still allow themselves to give in to love, and their men Alphaness, yet remaining true to their spirits. Love them!
This series truly is getting better and better, and with the exponential introduction of new characters, I keep wanting more and more of these secondary characters. Ms. Fox and Ms. Paige really are surpassing all my expectations for this collaboration, and this series. Sweet, dreamy, a hint of humor, a sprinkle of banter and oh so much sexiness : brilliant combo!
And now, much like it was Vaughn’s case in Gage, with that teasing of Dane and Mila’s coupling, I’m now counting down the days for the next of this deliciously enticing series! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Vaughn is the second book in the Love Under the Lights series. We met Allie and Vaughn in Gage, the first book in the series.and while they were only mentioned a few times I was excited to see what was going to happen with this couple.
Their courtship was short there was no denying the attraction they had. Allie and Vaughn had immediate chemistry, which we felt on the red carpet and the week the week they spent together. Instant love is one of my favorite genres and I felt these authors did a good job with their story. Both characters were funny, caring and totally adorable.
There was a little drama that helped keep their storylines interesting and the reader engaged until the end. I loved the epilogue and a glimpse of the next book.

Oh my! Vaughn is the MAN! I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Centered around Hollywood without all of the OW/OM drama that tends to pop up with these types of stories.

We met these two in Gage's book and saw bites and peaces in that book and a "WTF HAPPENED??"
Now its their turn and side of their love story!! We got to see how they came together the cute looks sassy marks and date night between the two which i loveed!!
And we saw what was going through their minds after that Chicago trip.. and dang my heart hurt for Allie and Vaughn.. i was glad Vaughn didnt stop calling, texting, sending gifts when Allie broke up with him Via TEXT!!
Why no 5 stars... well when the truth came out.. Vaughn was alittle pissed that his girl been all ghosting him.. now.. when she explains why.. he like Why didnt you tell mee!! Like i get both sides but Allie prego hormones where crazy (she didn't know yet)
Also Dude you hung up on her? You lied? Even if it was for a good cause.. Why werent you honest when she called you and told her THAT SECOND who Mila was??
Next couple i would wanna read since it might be Mila (shes no ex no cheater!!)

It's okay.
Couple feel instant connection.
Their story was touched on in previous book as heroines are friends.
Basically after a prologue revealing heroine is pregnant it retells part of the story from book 1 from this couples perspective.
We know from book book 1 that the Hero has moved another woman in while the heroine is away and this explains that situation from the Hero's POV.
So although it's a good story as I had read book 1 when it came out a few weeks ago I was a bit bored and eager to get to the explanation part which is around 50% ish.
No intimate scenes with anyone other than the Hero and heroine.
No cheating though accusation.
HEA.
Epilogue.

I KNEW Vaughn was a good guy!! We know at the end of Gage that Allie thinks he's done something unforgivable, but if you're a fan of Ella & Rochelle, you knew that there had to be another explanation & that it was going to be goooood. No disappointment here - I loved what was going on w/ that situation!
Allie & Vaughn's story happens simultaneously with Gage & Morgan's so it was cool to see things that had happened in their story from different POV's. We also get to know our main characters more, of course, and I absolutely adored Vaughn. His heart ... swoon! And Allie!! She brings out this great playful & fun side that I loved reading about. Their dates are so adorable!
Also, be prepared to fan yourself because the sexy times in this one are pretty much off the charts. They are quite the insatiable couple... LOL
This is a quick, fun, steamy read - and we get a glimpse at the next book, Dane, which I always love to see! : )

An unexpected lust-at-first-sight story with a lot of heart.
When Vaughn Corbett first spots Allie Henderson on the red carpet, he is flat out bewitched. And the feeling is mutual. The two waste no time in getting to know one another. But this isn't a slam-bam-thank-you-mam love fest. Just when I thought things would get really hot between them, they both pull the breaks. That's part of the appeal of this story.
Growing up in the foster care system, Vaughn isn't familiar with the feelings of being loved and wanted. So, when he senses something special with Allie, he doesn't want to screw things up by rushing. He is beyond thoughtful, he had me swooning. While Allie would have preferred to move things along faster, I liked how they both took the time to make each of their dates special. That time only solidifies how deep their feelings run before they get down to the dirty stuff.
What's interesting with this story is with the way it began in the prologue, I assumed Vaughn became a jackass somewhere in the storyline. But that first impression didn't line up with his actions throughout. And Allie comes to learn the hard way not to make assumptions like I did.
This was my first book from these authors and won't be the last. It had a great blend of heat and sweet, with characters that felt made for another. I look forward to reading more in this series.

I loved Vaughn! I couldn't wait for more after Gage! I knew Vaughn and Allie's story would be totally worth the wait. Vaughn is super sweet and isn't afraid to say what he feels...love that! Allie is a spitfire and I was glad she let Vaughn in. I enjoyed that this is pretty drama-free, other than a little misunderstanding. It was quick read that leaves you wanting more. Can't wait for the next story, Dane!

Another great book in this series! I love when the H becomes obsessed from first sight and will do whatever needs to be done to get the h. Vaughn was a great Hero. Of course... we get set up for book 3.... safe read.

The Love Under the Lights series is back with the second standalone in this series. After that brilliant first book (GAGE was everything!!) I had big expectations for Vaughn and holy smokes was this book a beautiful stunner.... unforgettable, sexy, sweet, swoony, steamy, and so many indescribable feels in every moment.
I absolutely adore Ella Fox and Rochelle Paige as individual authors (they are total top -- must reads for me!) but together they are absolute dynamite and this book is another example how... addicting, captivating, unputdownable, and totally unstoppable in every way when they are putting words on the page.
He'll get the girl and no one or nothing whil get in his way. Vaughn is playing for keeps for this game changer.
Vaughn wants Allie and nothing is going to stop him from claiming his girl. From the very first moment he sees her on the red carpet, he is drawn to her, twisting him all up on the inside, nothing that has every happened to him before. Such a great read!!!!
I am really starting to fall in love with this duo of authors! Separately they have written some of favorite books and it is appearing that together they are just as great, if not better!
I loved Vaughn and Allie! They were so stinking cute and hott together! I knew he couldn’t possibly be a cheater, I mean I guess anything is possible, but I wasn’t believing it about Vaughn unless I saw it lol…

I am really starting to fall in love with this duo of authors! Separately they have written some of favorite books and it is appearing that together they are just as great, if not better!
I loved Vaughn and Allie! They were so stinking cute and hott together! I knew he couldn’t possibly be a cheater, I mean I guess anything is possible, but I wasn’t believing it about Vaughn unless I saw it lol…

But, when she heads to Chicago to film the movie her book was adapted into, will Vaughn stand by her, or make her regret she ever let him charm his way into her life, into her bed and her heart?
Vaughn and Allie have serious chemistry! The sparks between them were obvious from the first time they locked eyes, clear until the last page of the sweet epilogue. I like the way both just rolled with their feelings, no running or fabricated drama, up until Allie overheard something and didn't bother checking with Vaughn to get clarification. But, I can understand her bruised feelings, because I'd feel the same way, too, if I had overheard what she overheard. Thank God Vaughn went and claimed his woman, though, and I got to read their happy ever after.
Although I liked Gage, I can honestly say I like Vaughn even more. Vaughn is an absolute sweetheart who made his way into someone to be proud of, all with help by his mentor and father figure, James. The secondary cast was as superb as Vaughn and Allie, and helped round out the story that much more. Allie is a sweet and sassy firecracker who is perfect for Vaughn. Their story is immensely readable - sweet, sexy and entertaining. Ella and Rochelle make one hell of a writing duo and I can't wait for their next Love Under the Lights story!

I've fallen in love with these authors when I read Gage, so when I saw that Vaughn was due to release, I was beyond thrilled.
These two have a way with words, they'll suck you in from page one and hold you there all the way through... And the way they write a character? Well, first I was obsessed and smitten with Gage, now? Vaughn...Dear God... Vaughn.
There was something about him that pulled me the moment he came into this. He's old school, he's a Hollywood star, he's experienced in life, he's sexy as hell and I could not help but swoon... He's every girl's dream... Well to me he is!
From the outside, it looks as though he's always had and gotten everything he ever wanted, from an outsider he looks to have a perfect life, but that is so far from the truth... He wants people to believe that and only a few actually know the truth. He grew up in the foster care system... So really, he hadn't had a perfect life, he knew what wanting and needing normal basic things in life was like, he knew what missing out on those things was like, he knew what it was like not to feel like you truly belonged anywhere in this crazy world... I think that's what made me love this man even more. He wasn't perfect, he hadn't had the perfect life at all...
Allie Henderson, An up and coming screenwriter...She's firey, full of sass, she is smart and beautiful and can stand up for herself, and when things need to be said, she has no issue voicing them... Everything she has in life and is aspiring to be, she is and has worked hard for it.
This is everything Allie has worked for, and It is her night to shine, and she can't let herself get distracted... But the moment she locks eyes with Vaughn all that goes to hell and right out that window.
She ends up going home with him that night, and I mean that's normal right? But more or less moving in with him is not... She didn't see that coming, and neither did I. But to be honest, they worked so well. She was happy, he was too, she was comfortable in his space and things seem to be progressing fast, yes but good... and just when I thought things were perfect for them... Well, that quickly changes... When an overheard convo is heard, things start to slip and fall apart. Vaughn has secrets, things he can't tell others, and things he won't. Not even Allie.
Will Vaughn come clean? Can he? Or are these secrets he's keeping worth risking the best thing to happen to him?
These two... Holy shit! The chemistry, the swoon-worthy moments, the angst when things start to come to a head... It had ALL THE FEELS. Their personalities were perfect. Not only did they balance each other, but they also bounced off of each other at the same time. It worked perfectly. They were perfect! I loved it. I had no doubt in my mind that that would be the case.
These two authors' are a force to be reckoned with and have become a fast favorite for me. They know how to write an addicting, all-consuming, hot as hell, ALL THE FEELS kind of romance and Vaughn was no different.
Freaking loved it!
Once again, these ladies deliver an outstanding book to this amazing series!

For the second book of the Love Under The Light series, it’s time for Vaughn to be struck by the lightning… of love.
I liked this instant and power connection and how the main characters were going to the flow, even if it was a bit sudden. They seized the moment, learned about each other and not ignoring their feelings.
Things were moving fast but I guess you knew when you felt something right. Vaughn and Allie were perfect together, so cute and smoking hot.
I really appreciated their bluntness and banter, with a strong hint of sugary sweet that made me smile so much.
However, I enjoyed a lot the beginning until that moment of drama that ruined a bit the story to me. It felt a bit too predictable somehow and out of the blue when you could see how strong they were even if they didn’t know each other for so long. I got it, they needed this little drama to see that they were serious and for the long haul. But still it annoyed me a bit but once I get towards the ending, it was so much better.
Anyway, it won’t stop me to read the next one.
I appreciated reading this Hollywood romance with down to earth characters, sexy and swoony.

Ella Fox and Rochelle Paige have outdone themselves with Vaughn, the next installment of the Love Under the Lights series. As much as I loved Gage's story, Vaughn and Allie's story is amazing. The two stories cross over each other/runs parallel and is just simply incredible written how they are intertwined. Even though Vaughn can be read as a standalone, it is so much better if you read in order because of some of the situations.
Vaughn is gorgeous, charming, fun, and successful. The man that seems to have it all. But most times then not, things don't always seem to be what they appear to be. When the unflappable interviewer becomes tongue-tied on the red carpet by the blonde bombshell walking alongside the up and coming movie star, he has no choice but to pull himself together and make his move.
Allie has a one-track mind, to become a successful screenplay writer. Taking time out to support her best friend Allie agrees to walk to the red carpet with her. When eye contact is made with Vaughn on the red carpet the magnetic pull is too strong to fight and her world gets turned upside down. That is when things get a little more complicated with a surprise no one was expecting. But why just one surprise when the hits just keep on coming.
This story has so much depth to in between the pages that you are pulled and pushed with emotions throughout the story. Enjoyed reading every minute of it.

Allie had always thought Vaughn had been attractive but when she met him it amplified. The two together were explosive and hot. Once together they were tied to the hip until Allie has to go out of town for work. Then it goes downhill. Will the misunderstandings tear the two apart or will they be able to start a life together?
Vaughn and Allie were perfect for each other. Together they create a solid foundation for a relationship and make each other whole. Plus you get glimpses of the characters from the first book Gage and even some new ones. I cannot wait to see where Fox and Paige do next with the series.

Loved it! I am a fan of both the authors writing and the the types of books they write. I immediately k ow that I’m going to like it once I start it.
My only complaint about this one which may not bother others is how far back we went prior to the event we were left with in the previous book Gage. I’m not a huge fan of starting in the past or flashbacks so it’s just my own personal feelings.
Overall though I loved the book and loved the characters and can’t wait to get the next story.

It was entertaining, I was hoping for some good separation scenes but it was resolved pretty quickly. Some repetitive dialogue straight from the previous book. Didn't enjoy it quite as much as the previous book, didn't get as much "feels".

Now let me start with I could WAIT for this book, I legitimately counted the days and entered completions to wins ARCs because I was so desperate to read it.
The whole premise of the book promised everything I live for;
The plot:
Sexy famous Alpha H spots our h on the red carpet and gets distracted from his job (which never happens) as a famous celebrity interviewer . Immediately strikes up conversation with h, once he can corner her. Things move fast and Sexy times ensue, they fall in love until the h has to go away for work (screenwriter) and then she over hears a conversation about the H moving another woman in with him immediately after she went away. Do they make it out of this mess? Read the book and find out!
My thoughts:
The base story line was great. We caught glimpses of Vaughn & Allie’s relationship blooming in the first book in this series - Gage. Vaughn was fun but if he had communicated better they would have avoided drama a lot easier and Allie, well I loved her. She was smart & witty and I can’t blame her for chopping Vaughn at the knees. I probably would have done the same because I tend to act a little rash and not think to question certain things when feelings are involved. I wish the beginning of the story had been left to flash backs because it almost felt like re-reading parts of Gage and it got a little tiring. More time could have been dedicated to the final act which is where the good drama filled,angsty bits played out and it could have been better if that part of the story was more fleshed out instead of the beginning of their relationship. All in all I did enjoy it, but it probably didn’t live up to the hype inside my head. I LOVE Ella & Rochelle writing together though. Absolute DYNAMITE! Bring on book 3 ladies!

Vaughn did not have an easy childhood but that has only made him that much stronger and determined to ensure he maintains the success he has worked so hard for. He is accustomed to being around beautiful people on a daily basis so he didn’t expect the connection that he felt when he looked at Allie would distract him from his job.
Allie agreed to attend the awards ceremony with her friend Morgan who is the front runner to win. She is there to support her best friend and not be distracted by Vaughn ever if he inspires feelings in her that she has never felt before.
Allie is on the cusp of experience success as a screenwriter and believes that she needs to be focusing on that rather than Vaughn, but Vaughn knows that they are meant to be, and he is willing to use all his charm to convince Allie. Any relationships will have their challenges, but having it exposed to public scrutiny makes it that much harder.
Hot chemistry, witty banter and two people who are each other’s destiny.

Vaughn is book 2 in the Love Under the Lights series, we previously met Vaughn and Allie in Gage and I couldn’t wait to find out their story.
Allie just slides by behind her famous BFF and that is fine with that, when she catches Vaughn’s attention, she pretends not to know who he is; but let’s face it how can you not know who this gorgeous man is.
Vaughn has a fantastic poker face until he meets Allie, she is everything he wants but will secrets he is keeping push her away for good and destroy them??
Vaughn and Allie are explosive together, Their love is instant and the chemistry between them is off the charts and continues to grow throughout the book.
I personally really enjoyed reading this book, while this book is a standalone I recommend that you read Gage’s book beforehand. I look forward to more from this duo.
