First off, this story is just one long sex scene (and not even a hot one at that!) about two "tops" who "bargain" (see title) with each other to bottom for each other. So this is not a story, but just a long sex scene about the men agreeing to bottom for each other.
And while the idea that this story just describes sex sounds very simple, I thought the story was confusing. The language and action in the story suggested that these were two gay men who were friends who have finally decided to have sex together, even though they had fooled around some in the past..
Then about halfway through, it is suggested it is a "gay for you" experience...
At one point Weber says, when placing a finger into Les, "Fuck, you feel so much tighter than a woman." And this line just threw me off completely. Why would Weber say that? From their lingo in the first part of the story, they talked about always topping and not bottoming, so they must have had sex with men before... And they knew very specific details as to have sex with men... So I'm confused, why would Weber compare Les to a woman?
There was so little detail in this story, I have no idea as to these two men's relationship with each other or their sexual orientation or anything else about them for that matter.
Also, this story is definitely a case of misused pronouns, so that when the word "he" was mentioned, I didn't know if the narration meant Les or Weber.
Also, I found the names of Les and Weber incredibly distracting. I just kept of thinking of Weber Charcoal Grills. Or I would combine Les and Weber and think of "Wes."
Whatever, I didn't really like it. It wasn't romantic, it wasn't cute. It wasn't hot. I didn't get the feeling that these people were friends. It was very novice-like writing.
