This book has lots of what I like to call Common sense. Problem is it is often not very common. For me I struggle a bit with the language, not because its difficult, but because from where I am now I would use the words in a different way, often with a different end meaning. But in terms of the ongoing need for leadership understanding, this Leadership book has a lot to offer.
