I have been reading up on intermittent fasting and everything it entails. Although this book targets women over fifty, it still contains valuable information for people who want to try IF.

Clear explanations and very engaging
I have read a couple of books on intermittent fasting and found them both dry and boring. I really like how this guide is structured and how the content is explained. I like the choices of foods suggested and how to plan your intermittent fasting schedule and what type of fasting may be better for you be it 16:8 vs 5:2 vs alternating days. The explanations given are straight forward and we get to the topic of menopausal/perimenopausal intermittent fasting fairly quickly. It did not have to take until the middle of the book to get to the subject. I will definitely consult this book more as I plan my fasting schedule.

This was very well explained and the recipes were easy to follow. The reasons for failure were fully explained and how to combat them. I am finding with each book that I read by this author they are getting better and easier to read. The ingredients in the main are easy to obtain.
