MUSHIN AND THE WAY OF THE KNIFE

Rate this book
This is a book for warriors! This book offers you knowledge.
In my life I met a lot of (warriors), operators in military, law enforcement or private security line and I found a lack of knowledge in training their minds. In my opinion if you study the warrior concept from antiquity you will find that training of the mind is more important than the training of the body.
Because I had in my past and present the opportunity to travel meet and learn from great masters in the art of transforming the mind and the knowledge of Buddhist meditation or western esoteric, I decide to share this treasure with others.

In this book I will try to touch a more subtle subject, by showing to all the warriors that are reading this pages that you cannot separate the art of war from the art of inner transformation.
In these days, you find so many materials like books and videos about combat, tactics and techniques but is a big gap when we talk about the inner warrior.
Mushin is a Japanese concept that can be translated "no mind" is a mental state into which trained and experienced warriors enter during combat. In the past Mushin was the heart of samurai training. They also practice this mental state during everyday activities.
