The future’s so bright
I think this is one of my favorite books from the Alpha Geek series. I love how the story starts with a courageous act, and turns into an amazing HEA. No corporate espionage in sight with this one, just trafficking, kidnapping, betrayal, and an absolutely daring rescue. But who’s rescuing who? These two characters are amazing! They have the strength of character to survive and overcome and the sweet, vulnerability that made it so easy to connect with them. I was completely vested in their mission and their HEA by the end of the book and was not disappointed. This book was a wonderful read and I can’t wait to read the next installment.

This is an OK shifter romance, but it seemed that the couple was more in lust than in love. Wilder and Jackie were both likable, but I would have liked a little more romance and a little less sex.
This was a quick read, so there wasn't time for as much character development as I like -- but there was enough to like the couple and to want them to find their HEA.
I thought Wilder would have had a little more trouble adjusting to suddenly becoming a shifter. I get that the story was trying to show that everyone reacted differently to the shifter serum, but his almost immediate ability to shift and fight was a bit hard to believe.
One complaint is that most of Milly's stories are a bit too explicit for me. I like hot sex in romances, but I would prefer it to be a little less descriptive and dirty. I am not a prude, but the really explicit stuff is just not romantic to me. But I will continue to read Milly's writing, as it is entertaining and fun.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

A riveting read, great plot and wonderful characters
This was a wonderful read I loved the continuation of this series which you are able to read any of the stand-alone books and follow the story without previous books. In this book we have Panther shifter Jackie who is like most shifters strong in character and protective in nature but knows how important it is that their secret shifter sides a guarded to keep them safe.
When she is however hired to find a missing person and return him to his family who are very worried by his absence never could she have known he would be her fated mate. Jackie is able to track the kidnappers down and then sets about recovering him, she finds him in South America where he is being held and is in danger.
Wilder is a real Geek and is totally blown away by Jackie and the fact that she has come all that way to rescue him, they had to face such a great deal of danger and they were so very brave and she relied very much on her shifter keeping them both safe.
I assure you that you will thoroughly enjoy this story thoroughly and you will find that once you begin reading you will not be able to put it down till you reach the end.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

Shifter Jackie has a professional tough exterior but does hide a tragic past which keeps her very closed to relationships with anyone else. She is assigned to rescue a geek with a trust fund called Wilder from a shadowy criminal group who may be connected to her past and those responsible for her pain. When she finds him she really should stay highly professional but her body has different ideas and wants him. Wilder can't believe that Jackie is sent to protect him but also doesn't mind if a beautiful woman is willing to spend time with him. As a bonus, she also seems to like him and that is never a bad thing when it is also a person who he wants, although she has the strength to kill him in bed. When the worst happens and she has to use the special serum on him, it makes him far more than the cute geek and suddenly something long term seems possible.
I enjoyed this story which was in a slightly different format to the other books in the series but that did not detract for the need to save and protect a geek followed by catastrophic injury and the method of saving him. I loved that Wilder was quite proper and old-fashioned at heart and did everything very properly after their adventure had ended. I think they will continue to do great things in the future too. As to read and understand. Contains some sexual content.

I had to rethink my definition of an alpha. Is it the ability to lead, is it a physically perfect specimen or something else? Jackie is a panther shifter and is a strong woman. She is used to being alone and is unsure if she even wants a mate let alone a breakable human. This is a fast-paced, thrill a minute, sexy ride.

I have found a new author and series to love. Wilder is my first Milly Taiden book to read, and it's number 12 in the Alpha Geek series. This series is all about shifters. I admit I have not read many stories of this genre, but those I have read I enjoyed. Alpha Geek was so different in its approach to becoming a shifter, and the romance between Jackie and Wilder was so fun to follow. These 196 pages gave me humor, excitement, and tingles...what more could you ask for!?! Five Stars to Milly Taiden and her Alpha Geeks!.

Wilder stumbled on an illegal shifter fighting ring. Now he has disappeared from his uncle's house. Jackie is a panther shifter, who was hired to find and return Wilder to his family. Once Jackie sees Wilder for the first time she knew instantly that he was her mate. Jackie and Wilder are perfectly matched. this series just keep getting better with each book. If you love reading a fast paced, geek turned shifter story. Then this is the one for YOU! I can't wait to read more from this series. Keep up the amazing work!

Then comes loce and a baby carriage. That's how the nursery rhyme goes. Another amazing story. Wilder and Jackie were meant to be, Wilder had alpha dominating wayz. He looked out for the less fortunate that his uncle and business partner prayed on. He knew he was only human plating big in the major leagues but he didn't let it deter him. Jackie was sent to rescue and retrieve Wilder from captivity that his favorite cool uncle betrayed and sent him down the river. This not your typical alpha Geek book but it was explosive.

This might be my favorite of this amazing series yet. So much action, intrigue, mystery, and of course steamy romance. Although I missed seeing the other recurring characters this still ended up being a great read. Can't wait for the next book in this series. Jackie is hired to find him after he is kidnapped by his uncle and partner. She does not like him because she thinks he is useless. Until she meets him. She realizes he is more than what she thought. He is beaten and almost dies she gives him the serum and then she is hauled away so she does not know if it worked and he does not know what he has become.

Book 12 in Alpha Geek series by Milly Taiden. this series is fantastic I do enjoy it but is very similar to previous books in the series cause it’s all based around the same theory so even though the characters change the storyline changes the core story behind it is the same really. Enjoy these books especially the PDA series I would definitely recommend them for anybody who loves shifter romances

No one would believe that our geeky hero is a weakling. He might appear scruffy but he has strong in mind and in spirit. He was able to dominate his protector while he was still human. He is an alpha even in his geeky state and he just blew my mind and when he turned, he was glorious. But their fight is not our there, he has to fight for her to give their love a chance.

When I started reading, I never thought this book would have me wanting to start over from the beginning. This story stared off with a bang! I love how the characters interact and how the story is unique, I found lessons within the story that relate to everyday life. The action was just where it needed to be. The heartwarming feelings are genuine. I could not get enough of this story.

I love me some Alpha Geeks! Jackie was hired to keep Wilder safe. He stumbled on an illegal shifter fighting ring, run in part by his uncle. Unfortunately for him? He was kidnapped and sent to the very same ring. And Jackie? Her cat only wants to save him, her mate? While he wants to save everyone else. Fast paced, geek turned shifter story with HEA. Milly Taiden, you've done it again!

I love this series these Geeks are fantastic and I love reading about them. Jackie and Wilder were so cute together it was clear they had a connection and I was happy that they finally got together like all the other couples in this series with the help of the magic serum. I loved their dynamic after the serum and I cannot wait to see what comes next in this series.

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST IN THIS SERIES!! The tension between Wilder and Jackie was IMMACULATE! I love when the heroine or hero tries to fight their chemistry knowing their mates. The way the book was lengthy and full of development, action, love, and A++ smut. I truly love to see it. It was definitely refreshing after the last few in the series. I’m happy to be back!!
