I really liked this book. It's my favorite of 2019 so far. Grant and Trish make a cute couple and they got the bad guy in the end. I loved the cover, as well.
Trish Devlin, an accountant on vacation, is creeped out when she sees a stranger sitting on a park bench, staring at her house in the middle of the night. She is even more creeped out when said stranger, Grant Wolfe, reveals his true purpose for his nightly visits - he had a vision of her being murdered. And he's adamant he'll prevent her from meeting her fate.
Good premise with a nice paranormal angle, but weak in execution. The pacing was very slow with lots of redundant scenes, the hero and heroine were too bland to be interesting with a non-believable attraction to each other, the resolution was too brief, and left a big question mark whether someone from Trish's firm was involved or not.
Wasn't as romancy as I thought it would be. The beginning was slow, but the end went quickly. The ending was good and I liked how everything didn't go as planned, yet it was close.
If you could see the future, how would you explain it? Lee has one of the more unique explanations about how such a thing could happen involving quantum physics. An engaging story!
