Probably my least favorite, from the books I've read by Melissa George. This book was a good book, like all of her books. I feel like this story has been told over and over again the only thing that changes are the personal details. I hate it that this couple experienced such an evil being.

Scary

This story terrified me as I buy stuff from online and yard sales/flea markets all the time. After reading this though I’m not going to be buying things without researching them first!

Used Dolls and Ouija Board Terror

I always look forward to Melissa's books. It is a wonderful thing that people who have experienced things they couldn't explain feel comfortable to share their stories with her. She always relates these stories beautifully, and ensures their voices are heard.
This is the story of a woman who bought an old doll into her home and learned the hard way that you need to be careful what you bring into your home. She also learned that Ouija boards are not toys and not to participate in paranormal outings unless you know what you are doing and protect yourself first. I also found it disquieting that her friends the couple who are paranormal researchers, use Ouija boards and talked the narrator into using one. They are playing with fire and it never leads to anything good. Real experts don't take unnecessary chances, plan accordingly and use proper precautions. The narrator is very fortunate her outcome was fortunate. Don't ever use Ouija , and don't play around with the paranormal. Another excellent book from Melissa George.
