Within most of my novella’s, I take real-life situations, twist them, and turn them into fiction that will make readers swoon, and squirm while reading. The sex will be extremely hot. So, steamy that you’ll need a dried pair of underwear afterward. 🤣
Instead of writing heroines who bow, I like writing heroes who bow while confessing their undying love for the heroine.
With each novella I write, I learn something new. Writing has been a stressful journey, but it is also a fun adventure worth taking. It’s impossible not to write when these characters pop in my head, begin talking, screaming, and crying. The scenes dance in circles until I write how they unfold. The imagination is a crazy thing to explain, but each of my characters come to life as I write.
One of the things I loathe most is cheating.
Anyway, I could talk about books all damn day. 🤣
Mikey B. is a pen name I'm using to protect myself, my wife, and children. 🤣 I’ve had a chance to grow as a writer on Wattpad, Inkitt, and also Dreame. Admittedly, I met incredible readers/supporters on those sites, but it was time for me to step out of my comfort zone and play my hand in publishing.

Junkies is the first novella I’ve read that engaged in drug abuse and han’t downsized it. I’m still crying. I realise Melody & Mason lived a rough lifestyle, but I was hoping they could change. Junkies shows the true meaning of addiction, and what it’s like to walk a mile in a persons shoe who is addicted to drugs.
There are erotic scenes that attach you to the characters, bringing them to life. Junkies is a story that will permanently linger in your heart for a lifetime to come. I applaud this authors expertise to write natural, raw, painful emotions without creating assholes and spineless characters. Mrs or Mr Mikey will always be one of my favourite emotional romance authors.
I love the cover it is better than the one you had on Wattpad. The cover models relate to the characters.

Not what I expected from Mikey B. but I am not disappointed. Mikey B’s emotional romance is what I enjoyed the most when I discovered him/her on Wattpad. Junkies yanked many emotions from me and left me with a broken heart. Drug addiction is not taken lightly. Melody and Mason will walk you through their addiction and hopefully inspire people who struggle with addiction to stop before it’s too late.

This book was an eye opening. For parents that have to go through my heart goes out to them. Can they really find love or is it just an urge a need to scratch and if it is love can they both detox together.

I will only recommend this story to readers who enjoy tearjerkers. This book will break your heart. It’s one of my favourite reads. but so very sad.
Drugs is the centre of the character's world. They find love but drugs destroy it. This book has a great deal of real life feels. It is steamy and packed with drama.

I really loved this book. Mikey B is really good and very promising. I love the way the the story goes. It is very well written and wished it was longer.

This was a dark, intense burn romance story perfect for a quick afternoon read.
This was a great heart pounding read. The story was very well written with great characters. The story drew me in and I had it finished in one sitting. I would highly recommend this read.
