In today's society, a person has the freedom to come out and announce a chosen lifestyle. From that point on, the individual is able to enjoy the privilege of living their truth. Back in the 1980's it wasn't quite that simple. Due to the backlash, most people would settle for hiding or lying as it relates to their truth.
Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, SISSY is a story about a young man name Shawn Williams. It chronicles his journey in regards to identifying and embracing his truth. His best friend C.J. is a well-known high school football star. He faces the difficult task of staying popular while embracing and supporting a friend who's suspect, in reference to the possibility of Shawn being gay. Shawn's mother is with him, but his father is aggressively against him. Will his mother continue to support him? Will his father have a change of heart with respect to Shawn's lifestyle choice? Find out in the urban fiction tale "SISSY."

Vince D'Writer was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Purdue University. In 2005 D'Writer worked as a Sports Recruiter, assisting high school athletes through the recruiting process. In search of a less expensive alternative for high school athletes seeking an athletic scholarship, D'Writer began working on a self help guide.The book was released on paperback in 2013. While working on his pet project, Vince D'Writer developed a passion for writing.
Searching for a unique topic Vince Dwriter wrote the DO AS I SAY e-book trilogy. It's a story about a man who is the victim of domestic abuse.

MEGA DOLLAZ MEGA PROBLEMS is the most recent book. Its a story about a sanitation worker who wins the lottery. The book reveals how money can wipe your old problems away, but it also brings a new set of problems

good read

This book has many curves but it’s all real life issues. I truly enjoyed this book from beginning to end.
