Cloyd, who was never captured, either made some big life changes or this was one helluva horrible coincidence. But Tillery didn’t believe in coincidences, horrible or otherwise, and she didn’t believe in big life changes. What she did believe, was that the killer was either a member of law enforcement or one of the two missing victims. She unconsciously crossed her fingers and hoped for the former. Please god, don’t let it be one of the victims.
