It’s content was extremely organized!! Illustrations were good… Goals and purposes were given at the beginning and end of each chapter. This book does exactly what it says it will do. After reading it… I definitely feel motivated! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review
Well worth reading 4* Exercising when over a certain age is never easy. For one, people are set in their ways and have their own itinerary for the day, and most don’t include exercise. Secondly, many people of that age have medical conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, arthritis and rheumatism which make a certain range of movements painful or medically contraindicated. Nevertheless, this book takes account of many of the concerns one might have, and the exercises recommended are doable and makes those tired muscles wake up. I am very happy to recommend this book that reminds one of the adages, “If you don’t use it, you lose it”.

This book caught my eye as something I needed to read! I found myself struggling to get up from kneeling down and knew I needed to do something to reverse this trend. This book provides exercises with detailed descriptions and diagrams to help gain your core strength back. He even offers easier alternatives which is where I started. I have been doing them for a few days and feel good about myself. I definitely recommend this book for the over 60 (me!) to improve your core strength.
