Digital Compression

Rate this book
This book is everything possible on manipulating multi-digits to single digits. This is the essence of 1 of the 16 Vedic Sutras that means ‘Digit Sums’ or ‘Digital Compression’. It was once known as ‘The Casting Out Of Nines’. It’s a thesis that explores the mathematical derivation or origins of sacred symbols like the Golden Spiral (whose 3-dimensional form is the Ram’s Horn), the 9-pointed Star, the Star of David or the Seal of Solomon, Magic Squares and much more. Jain is at the vanguard of advocating mathematical change and reform. His basic premise is The Art Of Number, the translating of Numbers into Pictures or Power Art, that is recognised as Feminine, Right Brain Mathematics. Its like the reader is putting on X-ray goggled to see Numbers as the Universal Language of Patter Recognition that sees or intuits the shape or artistic pattern of the predicted answer. The remembrance of these timeless number codes is part of our genetic memory. Jain explored the Fibonacci Sequence in a worksheet that allows the student the role of mathematical discovery, to digitally compress the data and reveals an infinitely repeating 24 pattern that sums to Shri 108. Discover how the Visual Multiplication Table, via Digital Sums, reveals Atomic Structures! This book, and The Art Of Number, are a rare collection of the finest patterns available, and has never before been comprehensively compiled in such a visually stunning way. This book, the first of a 6 volume series, is designed to enhance the present mathematical curriculum, replacing tedious or out-moded procedures with joy. Vedic Mathematics is based on 16 Sutras or word formulae that were reconstructed by Sri Bharati Krsna Tirthaji, 1884-1960, during an 8 year forest retreat. By definition, this universal system is described as Mental, One-Line Arithmetic. It vastly improves memory skills, intuition, mental agility and self-confidence. A numerical example of Digit Sums is Multiplication by 11, 33 x 11. We add the digits of 33 which is 3 + 3 which is 6 and insert this between the two threes, giving the instantaneous answer of 363. Also, 25 x 11 = 2 (2 + 5) 5 + 275. Its that easy. Become a Human Bio-Calculator! This is a great workbook for children 14 years and older. Mathematics Without Tears. Great for teenage students wanting to further their love of Numbers and great for adults who are willing to learn again.
