This book was so stupid. I would have rated it a 1 star but they had like 2 small paragraphs that I didn't mind and found helpful for boosting confidence to talk to strangers (I'm a shy person and found it helpful, so spoiler alert, or I'll just save you the time by providing the only helpful thing in the book- practice in public places like stores and ask for recommendations, small easy conversations and practice until if feels more normal and causes less anxiety). Everything else is worthless. And not that I'm a lesbian but I feel offended a bit that the title said nothing about male/female relationships though the book is very clearly only written for men.
