Inspiring. I read this book prior to my internship. Lets just say an intern, I was looking forward to being immersed in the culture. The firm operates with strong fundamentals which will provide longevity and more success. Interesting that they give this book to interns/new hires. Currently interning at the firm and I can vouch.
