I believe a good book along with shoes, makeup and purses will never let a girl down and that all heroes of all the books
I have ever read or will ever write pale in comparison to my daddy! I am a sucker for a happy ending and love some hot sweaty sex with a healthy dose of romance.
I am still working on my story but believe it will contain all of the above with as much SPICE as I can work into it. CHEERS!

Hearts and Bite Mark’s.
An anthology by C.D. Gorri and Four other Author’s.
What a beautiful way to enjoy and experience Valentine’s Day, there is nothing better than a few HEA's in a book that we can get our hands on, with this anthology we have been given 5 book’s from different Author’s who all specialise in the genré paranormal, needless to say I had to read the whole anthology in one sitting.
Even though there are certain similarities between the Author’s and their book’s, after reading a number in quick succession I realised how totally different each Author is in their style and presentation, certainly similar but refreshingly different between each other.
Four wonderful stories of strong willed and independent woman who for different reasons chose to take a slightly different pathway in their lives, they could accept the challenges life had presented, even after understanding you had to be prepared to put in the effort to receive the rewards, especially when life throws a curve ball hoping you will stumble, yet these women persevered to achieve far more than they could ever hope for.
Complely captivating each storyline hooked you in while traveling with these amazing characters through the unique adventures they were presented with and the one consistent that stood out in each book was how much the character and personality of the author who wrote the specific story, resonated strongly throughout what they had created.
The fifth book also enjoy's having amazing women within the storyline, although this book was written from a slightly different angle, we meet a man who would certainly be worthy of dreaming about, maybe even meeting, who show’s what he would do to care and protect that one special person fate has chosen for him, even when it’s outside the realms of what is usually considered normal.
These book’s give scenario’s that are different from each other, but show’s us that no matter who you are, everyone has someone in this world who was born to be your other half.
Jump straight into the awesome read”s in a quiet corner, and Enjoy the challenges found in each one of these tantilising HEA”s.

This is a great collection of short reads. These authors are fabulous. They each have their own style, and together it is great!
Julia Mills' Jax was so intriguing and fun to read.
C. D. Gorri's Mine Furever was heartwarming and destined.
T. M. Payne's Bella's Valentine's Surprise was very sweet and adorable.
Amanda Kimberley's Once Bitten was eye opening and fulfilling.
P. Mattern/L. Gauthier's Fang Me Twice was honorable and dedicated.
Julia Mills' Jax was so intriguing and fun to read.

This Book set includes books by the following Authors: This is a nice set of books that have strong paranormal short stories that are a great representation of these wonderful Author's works. One of my favorites is C.D Gorri and I own all of her books that are out so far. I am just discovering the others and have read a few by Payne & Mattern. I will be reading quite a few others from each now and have in fact bought more from each.
Julia Mills: Jax: A ‘Not-Quite’ Puma Love Story
This is an entertaining and humorous at time story of an accidental meeting of a puma shifter and a soldier. Their encounters are unfortunate for him as he gets injured at the first one. She is a very cunning and strong shifter that has her coming back to check on him and always getting away before the guards can capture her. This has some humorous parts that will make you laugh. I bought his sister's story to read and will buy the others in this series. A must read series and Author
C.D. Gorri: Mine Forever
What to say, this is written in town/community that a lot of her books are set in. When you read it you feel as if you are back for a visit in a place you would like to be and get to catch up on a few friends. This is a story of mistaken spells and fated mates. It has also has some humorous and strong chemicals scenes where you feel their frustrations and their happiness. I am waiting for her next book to come out and cannot wait.
T.M. Payne: Bella's Valentine
Bella and her mate(Salem) have twin boys and he wants to do something wonderful for her and surprise her for Valentine's. This is continuation of a series of a family that have siblings mated to set of twins (which I have read and enjoyed) which have had to overcome a lot and they promised to never keep secrets ever again. This is not a bad secret right, hopefully she will not be mad but happy about this secret. It shows how he cares for her and how much work he has to go through to set it up.
Amanda Kimberley: Once Bitten
She is new employee at his restaurant and he is the new boss and a Vampire. They get off on the wrong foot due to his lack of focus, due to boredom after centuries of life and he messed up how be treats her and people around him. She is trying to live down her horrid past love life that made her change her whole life and start afresh. She wants nothing to do with him, except he is changing for the better. They are being pulled together, but can they work as a couple and work together at the restaurant. It is a wonderful story of how we want to be the best for the people we love and want to be with. They are both written well and they both grow through out this story.
P. Mattern & L. Gauthier: Fang Me Twice
This a story in which a flight attendant finds herself drawn to one of her passengers and then discovers he is a Vampire. She also has a twin that has been missi since they were six. The couple have a misunderstanding that he needs to fix because now she is in danger. This story has action, twists/turns, chemistry and tragedy. I cannot wait to read more from this Author. The ending was unexpected. Absolutely loved it and it's a great must read.

Sure to make your heart thump
This is the perfect collection of books to celebrate the holiday of love. Your heart is going to race throughout the course of this anthology and the stories within. I can’t wait to read more books by these authors.
Jax: A Not Quite Puma Love Story
Bowled over by love
Such a fantastic little story. I enjoyed the way the author had our leading lady take the enforcers on a wild chase on the way to her HEA. This book is written like so many of her others with Jax seeming to speak directly to the reader during some of his retelling, and it just works. His little side jokes and comments make the reader feel like they are involved with the story. I loved how these two characters came together and I can’t wait to read the next book by the author.

This book is a perfect fit with the others in the series. I love how Jordan found his mate on Valentine’s Day. It’s actually perfect since the first time I remember reading about him was on another Valentine’s with a dragon and a waitress. I love how the pack stood behind him when his mate had doubts. It seemed as though Sherry knew and led them there. I really enjoy this author and this series. I look forward to many more books.

This is a cute little story with a glimpse into the future of these two characters. I love that he goes to so much trouble to make his mate happy, although typical man waits until the last minute. I find it a little hard to get into, but only because it is in first person and not what I usually read. I look forward to reading more from this author.

This guy, er vampire, goes from potty mouth to perfect gentleman once he meets the woman who stands up to him. They both may have horrible experiences in the past, but the author made sure to bring them to their perfect HEA just in time for Valentine’s Day. I think you will enjoy this sweet little story.

This book really has the perfect beginning. Harlow was a little bit judgey, but after learning about her past I guess she would be. I enjoyed that the author made Dade more than he first seemed, it made for a more enjoyable experience. I look forward to reading more by this author.

Jax: A "Not-Quite Puma Love Story by Julia Mills. Jax was a Marine and usually well balanced but he heard a cat in need and went to check it out and next thing he knew he's at the bottom of the gulley with a broken leg and scratches some that will need stitches. Weird things start to happen soon after. He senses the puma when she is near and he's healing faster than normal. Thank you Julia for the free book you are giving at the end of this story you are amazing.
Mine Furever:A Maconwood Pack Tale #8 by CD Gorri. Jordan's wolf knows Isadora is his as soon as she comes into his bar. She's a witch on the hunt for a love spell that got away and thinks that it is influencing him. Who will win this battle of wills? I loved this story.
Bella's Valentine's Surprise:Secrets Book Five By T.M. Payne. Salem wants to give Bella a gift she's always wanted but keeping it secret is a challenge. Will he manage to keep it secret and still manage to surprise his Bella?
Once Bitten by Amanda Kimberley. Priiya now finds herself as sous-chef to famous chef Braden Boss.He is quite an experience to a ministers daughter he has quite the potty mouth and treats people like crap.Will she be able to get through to him and improve his attitude and will they get together?
Fang Me Twice Shame On Me by P. Mattern & L. Gauthier. Harlow is an airline stewardess and she sees Dade on her flight and he looks so familiar like she's seen him before. He has been on her flights before and noticed her. Will they get together or will something from their past keep them apart?

I often wonder what authors are told when they join an anthology. I'm sure some structures are more rigid than others but even in those it seems they all can come up with vastly different stories. Because of those differences you are almost guaranteed to find some of the stories will appeal to you more than others. I enjoyed most of them in this book.
Jax: A Not Quite Puma love story
This was a true anticipation builder. Jax spends most of the story being "stalked" by a puma hardly even seeing her just knowing she's there. The reader knows that climax, and yes I use that word deliberately, is coming. When it does... Pow!
Mine Furever
This was my favorite. I love Gorri's world. A witch, a wolf and a runaway love potion. Sexiness ensues!

This was more of a slice of life after the HEA but a cute story. I'll be looking for the original.

Two VERY opposites falling for each other. It was a little light on the paranormal aspect, he is a vampire but it didn't impact much of the story. Still, it was fun.

This was my least favorite. The heroine finds the hero off putting at first then very quickly wants him. I had a hard time making the jump with her. Then there are some family issues that was a lot to unpack in this short of a story.

All the short stories in this anthology are amazing. I love the humor and what I call "talking to the reader" that Julia Mills brings to Jax. CD Gorri's addition to her Macconwood series is as hot as ever with Mine Furever! TM Payne's Bella's Valentine's Surprise is just a sweet story that is every woman's secret wish. I love Priya's lay down the law attitude and ready acceptance in Once Bitten by Amanda Kimberley. P Mattern's Fang Me Twice had Harlow going through some pretty tough situations. I recommend this anthology for it's quick, attention grabbing reads.

Love is definitely in the air with these steamy reads. An amazing team of authors have put together a set of romances you will not want to miss. Two of my favorites (Mills and Gorri), are reason enough for me to recommend this. But the other books were also enjoyable. A collection paranormal lovers can not pass up. I thank the creative minds that made this possible.

Julia Mills Not Quite Puma
This is one laugh out loud funny story. It is extremely well written and has beautifully developed characters. Jax is sweet and charming but yet all protective. Pearl is feisty and strong but sweet all at the same time. Yes, this is a quick read but it is beautifully written that you are most definitely want to read it. I loved the support characters as they added so much to the story.

Great collection of books, all individually written and all have super quality writing, storyline and characters. You don’t have to read just one, I would recommend them all. I did in one sitting and was totally captivated. Super super books.

Wow this has a fantastic set of stories. I loved this story and how the Author has brought the characters to life. The scenes are epic and its a real page turner. This is one read you don't want to miss, I definitely recommend this read.

Awesome collection from several authors. Hearts and Bites Anthology got me hooked from the first page. Great way to get introduced to new authors and series. Loved the whole collection. I received an ARC from CD Gorri and voluntarily reviewed it.

WARNING: Do not start thes book if you have to do something tomorrow. You won't be able to stop until you are finished! This book have action, steam. I like that they caught my attention from the beginning. I am one of those readers that if you don't I end up putting the book down and not finishing it. I am more into shifters than vampires, but the stories were good. The last book a bit sad for the heroine. Great job.

This was such a fun set of stories set for Valentine's day and I have to say that they all grabbed me and, yeah, had to binge read the whole book ;) There's a ton of romance in this set, obviously, but each book brings something different to the table and made it so easy to put off doing anything but reading ;P Expect sweet, risky, spicy and just plain fun romances for your reading entertainment. I enjoyed all of the stories and look forward to more from these great authors!

Hearts & Bite Marks: A Valentine's Anthology by C.D. Gorri is a very awesome box set that I hve loved reading very much. I loved reading this story cause I fll in love with the characters and the story plot. I highly recommend this awesome box set to everyone who loves reading about contemporary, holiday and paranormal romances.

I really thought this boxset was an awesome addition to the genre. The writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole of each story.
I found myself in love with not only the characters, but also the worlds that were created.
You truly feel as though you are living among the characters.

I love anthologies which I usually purchase for one author or maybe two, but I almost always find new to me authors that are worth more reading. Heart & Bite Marks gave several short stories that can be read quickly (these are perfect for when you only have a bit of time). (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
