Revealing Heaven: An Eyewitness Account

Rate this book
God has lifted the veil between Heaven and Earth. Caught up by the Spirit of God, Kat Kerr was taken on tours of Heaven for over 10 years and now commissioned to reveal the truth through an ILLUSTRATED book. The Foreword (a prophetic Word from God) was dictated to the author by two Scribe Angels. Through the ten illustrations in Volume I of Revealing Heaven, you will visit The Portal, where the Redeemed in Heaven go to view their loved ones on Earth, you will see The Rush, Heaven's largest roller coaster and visit the Nurseries for miscarried and aborted babies; and MUCH MORE! This book also explains God's design for Earth, which is a SHADOW of Heaven. Besides detailed descriptions of the mansions she walked through, Kat shares about three individuals (one a teenager) she saw while in Heaven and how this information impacted their families upon her return to Earth. PREPARE to be FOREVER changed and receive HOPE for Eternity!

*Warning* This review is intended to convince you to read this book. If you don't like persuasion, I suggest you read a different review. 😉

I was very skeptical when I first heard about Kat Kerr. My dad described her a sixty-five-year-old woman with pink hair who had been to Heaven over a thousand times. That kind of claim is enough to make even a seasoned prophet or seer skeptical, not to mention a grandma with pink hair is not usually how one pictures a God-fearing, Biblically-sound prophet.

But then I listened to her. She is an amazing public speaker, even though her writing skills are lacking. She knows what she's talking about. She knows what she's seen. She doesn't blindly believe the truths she has been sent to reveal--she has seen them and she has seen the face of God. I don't doubt that anymore. She began to reveal Heaven in a way I had never imagined, going straight to the Scriptures to back up everything she has said and written. She has testimony after testimony and many others who have experienced similar things standing beside her.

So it's not a question of whether or not Kat Kerr speaks the truth, if she's really been to Heaven countless times, if God really sits down and talks directly to her, if she's really seen the spirit realm.

It's a question of whether or not you're ready to receive it.

I have a background in prophecy, speaking in tongues, and seeing into the spirit realm. I've known for years that those things come from God, that miracles still take place, and that the Holy Spirit is still very much alive and working. I've been prophesied to and prayed over in tongues, so there's no doubt in my mind that Kat's experiences are not only possible but probable.

After watching multiple videos of her on YouTube (particularly the ones with Steve Shultz), I wanted to read her books. Most of the revelation in Revealing Heaven is what she has spoken about, so none of it was new to me at this point, but I enjoyed reading her written revelations and testimonies from people she's encountered, and looking at some of the things she has been shown in Heaven.

To read Revealing Heaven, you've got to get past some things just as much as if you were watching her with that bright pink hair. She's not the greatest writer. There are lot of punctuation and grammatical errors that make it difficult to understand some sentences--but that's a good thing. If you're truly willing to accept this revelation, then you'll get over a few misplaced semi-colons and absent commas. But if you're not, then you'll know it.

So, yes, Kat Kerr went to Heaven more than a thousand times, dyed her hair pink, then wrote a book. I know it's sounds crazy, but it's true. If you don't believe me, then just take a peek into this book or watch one of her videos on YouTube. Your life will be forever changed, trust me.

I've read a lot of Heaven stories and this one stood out for a couple of reasons:
- some like Colton Burpo have been given the privilege to see Heaven once before they died, that's already impressive... Others like Kenneth Hagin and Choo Thomas had multiple visits or visions, but Kat Kerr's 15 years of experience beats them all!
- Kat Kerr has been shown some amazing new details that I have not heard before.
The whole testimony seems believable because there are Scriptures to support some claims, while others do not contradict Scriptures, and other details are corroborated by third party testimonies of Heaven. I noticed some minor doctrinal issues and lots of spelling mistakes, but they are outweighed by the fresh revelation and encouragement you will feel from her experience! If it had been better written, and not split into 3 volumes, it would have been a 5-star.

There are many excellent and thorough reviews of this book on other websites. I would recommend reading them in detail.

All that I will say is that, despite the fact that the author could probably use a better editor, this book serves an important purpose to the world.

For the past few decades, visits to Heaven and Hell have increased greatly, partly because of resuscitation methods and partly because the earth is going through energy changes as the universe expands. A side effect of this is a weakening of the dimensions between Heaven and Earth, making it easier to move between Heaven and Earth. This is not New Age; it is quantum physics. (I think it is also easier to move between Hell and Earth but I have read no explanations of this. I do know, however, that in the Old Testament, both the Jews and those involved in pagan worship placed their altars on "high places", locations in the mountains as high as was feasible. It seems that people are able to access the supernatural more easily at high elevations where the boundary between earth/time and eternity is weaker. This is not necessary for Christians who now have the Holy Spirit inside them and can access God anywhere. But, even then, I have heard many Christians state that they can hear from God more easily in the mountains.)

These experiences of travel to Heaven must be judged in the same way that we are told to judge the spirits. If we judge the spirits correctly and if everything we are told in Heaven lines up with the Bible and if these experiences lead the person and those who hear his story to a greater love of God, then I would say that we can accept these experiences.

The experiences in this book meet these criteria. I feel that her experiences are authentic.

They are also valuable because they do provide comfort to people in questions that they might have for which they think they cannot find specific answers in the Bible, such as what happens to babies who die, to aborted or miscarried babies, to people who commit suicide, to people who die before their time, etc.

This book might be quite a stretch for many people. However, I have several books on Heaven and Hell. They all have different approaches. But this book was the only book that brought peace and comfort to some people to whom I made all my books available. If only for that one person, it was worthwhile reading the book and having it available for others.

I would not have lent this book to anyone if I felt it was scripturally inaccurate.

I do find one weakness in her books, though. She does not seem to provide much information on Hell. I would not want to lend a book to someone without them understanding that Hell is real. It doesn't do much good to know everything about Heaven and still end up in Hell.

People with NDE's will often have real encounters in Hell that they share with others.

I like balance in a book. If I cannot get balance in one book, then I try to read other books that add balance to what I am learning. I would recommend books by Dr. Maurice Rawlings or Mary Baxter or some of the other authors in my Heaven and Hell Goodreads bookshelf.

This is the account of a woman who claims to have been taken to heaven on numerous occasions. She gives some good evidence in which she brings back information that family members of deceased people have verified. I believe she has been there. Her book rings true and I intend to read some other things by her. This book increased my joy and strengthened my hope.

The heaven that she describes is just like earth, only a million times better with no bad things there at all. The flowers are brilliant, changing colour and they sing. Everywhere there is worship music which floats through the air like a trail of ribbons, heading for the throne room. If you want, you can join in the worship and enter the throne room by following the worship music in.

The book is a good corrective to the idea that souls in heaven are disembodied spirits floating around. This is a very solid heaven with food and drink and ice-cream stands and soda fountains and horses and dinosaurs and whatever else makes people happy. Of course, our old pets are there.

Heaven is always changing because God keeps doing new creative things. People are constantly arriving and new homes are created for them, each designed just to meet the needs and desires of the individals.

All the miscarried or aborted babies are there waiting for their mothers or other relatives to arrive to be given into their care to bring them up.

As a Christian I was quite concerned to see whether the book contradicted the Bible in any way. I found no contradictions and some interesting expansions of Biblical themes. For example, Acts 10:31 records an angel saying to Cornelius that his acts of charity have ascended to God as a memorial. Kerr says that there are many memorials in heaven of acts of goodness that people have done. A memorial in heaven does not guarantee that the person who commits the good deeds gets to go to heaven. No one gets to go to heaven because of good deeds but only through accepting the blood sacrifice of Jesus for sins and accepting his Lordship. (Contrary to popular opinion, that is actually what the Bible teaches.) So there would be memorials in heaven for such people as Mahatma Gandhi whether or not he made it to heaven. An interesting illustration of Scripture. Because the book doesn't run contrary to anything in Scripture, I'm including it in my Biblical Studies shelf. Even though it's not actually a study of Scripture, it illumines what the Bible teaches about heaven.

I'm skeptical. But I kind of want to read it because I'm skeptical, given that so many of the reviews seem to gush about it (and how good it feels, with its scriptural accuracy often appearing as a sidebar if at all) and the low-rated reviews are brief. It seems like it could be an interesting book to analyze in comparison to scripture, regardless of which way my conclusion ends up going.

Okay, I had skepticism about this book, but wow wow I just loved it! I’m aware there are so many differing opinions on the validity of prophetic visions and claims of having been taken to heaven and back. But Kat truly has such a beautiful and biblical relationship with the Lord and our God is so big that why wouldn’t he give a few spoilers and much needed words to those that are still here? Those that are grieving. Those that long to dream of the beauty of heaven! Whether you believe Kat or not, we know that heaven will be more than we could imagine and I believe God lives when we wonder and dream about what being with him in glory forever will look like! I love how this book helped me to dream✨ Let us always continue to dream, wonder, imagine all that heaven will be:)

Very encouraging reading. A woman receives a series of visions of heaven. In different situations, is located in different parts of the heavenly realm, and observed a normal life in heaven.
Heaven which describes Kat Kerr is the land to which each of us longs. After reading the first thought which came to me was such that life on the other side is a sort of extension of childhood, where even the tasks and responsibilities were more fun and adventure than the unpleasant duty.
I miss it, I can't wait to get there.

It's a great read. Although I enjoyed it all the way through, I have to say that people should not be motivated to get to heave for all the "stuff". We should all look forward to going to Heaven because we will spend eternity with God and Jesus. If we have all that "stuff" in Heaven, that's awesome, but our desire should be to want to be with God, and not care about the rest. I was definitely motivated to get closer to God, and do my best to serve Him in everything, and every way possible, to find and fulfill His will and plan for my life. I ordered the 2nd book, and look forward to reading it.

Revealing Heaven: An Eyewitness Account, Volume 1 is a collection and description derived from author, Kat Kerr's many trips to heaven over a 10 year period (1997-2007. WOW! GLORY! GOD so much wants to provide his children with the desires of our hearts! I highly recommend this book! For those of you that have accepted JESUS as your personal LORD & SAVIOR, you can read about some of the things you have to look forward to in your eternal home. If you are one that has not yet accepted JESUS, do not delay! GOD loves you & desperately wants you to be part of his family for eternity!

This book though a short read gives the reader a wonderful hope for what awaits the believer in Jesus. Truly "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"-- 1 Corinthians 2:9

Fascinating and Informative. I that she includes the salvation message as well as a focus on Israel. Can be given as a witnessing tool as well as a comfort for someone who has lost a love one. I also enjoyed the personal stories that confirmed facts Kat would only know by being taken to heaven!

Revealing Heaven by Kat Kerr will help me in my hero’s journey by giving me a clearer vision of what heaven will be like making it easier for me to understand the bible, and helping me understand God’s plans for the earth and my life. The testimonies within the book are very moving and I enjoyed reading the book whenever I got time.

My overall favorite quote from the book is, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man what God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit…”

I’d recommend this book to anyone who likes easy reads and is new to the concepts of God, heaven, and the Bible. I would also recommend this book to anyone who already knows the word of God; it gives insight into what life will be like and motivation when you need it.

One of the reviews in the front of this book sums up quite well what I think about it: "Do I believe all this or not? That's probably what you are going to think to yourself when you read this book. But hey, why wouldn't Heaven be everything and more? God said everything is possible through Him, so of course everything in Heaven is possible..."

I truly pray for your soul Katt. You are of the devils work. Every prophetic word you speak untrue God will take 10 years off of your life. Stop playing with Gods word to push your racisism. Your demons are going to hunt you for the rest of your short life.

This opens up a new excitement and wonder for Heaven! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because there are mis-spellings and some minor editorial flaws.

I'm not sure how to feel about this book. I find myself being a bit skeptical. Although I do believe in Heaven, I have a hard time believing that some just gets what I would describe as "magic carpet rides" there.
