The illustrations drew me to this book. I found them quite calming whist reading.
Good book for reflecting, not too heavy a read. I chose to read this book with the view of helping a family member with their own issues, and it triggered me to jot down some questions to ask them, and some tips on reflection, and create focus to live for the now rather than worrying about what hasn’t, and may never happen.
Lovely little book to loan out to others, and keep to hand on your bookshelf :)
Such an easy and calming read. The illustrations were very relaxing, as were the colours. Basic stuff but sometimes we need to go back to that to get ourselves in the right space. 5 star read.
Das Buch ist einfach so wunderschön illustriert. Es ist wirklich total schön. Es enthält wirklich wichtige Punkte, üner die man sich bewusst sein sollte und die man im Leben auf jeden Fall mitnehmen kann und berücksichtigen sollte. Ich habe mir in dem Buch so einiges annotiert und kann es, für Menschen, die bewusster leben wollen und etwas ändern wollen, für den Anfang total empfehlen.

I really enjoyed this book! It has such a calm vibe to it and is really easy to read. It consists of main points and a small description about the process/technique. In addition to this, the book includes many quotes and affirmations, which can be seen as motivation. I found this book really interesting, definitely recommended!
It’s a great guide on how to focus on your surroundings & being present. This book allows me to step back and rethink of all the decisions I’ve made in the past & realized that my own anxieties are created by my way of thinking.
I love how this is an easy read with (somehow) calming drawings inside & reading it chapter by chapter it’s just.. making me feel relax.
It allows me to learn and think how to go through the day slowly but sure. Definitely an easy book to read & once you pick it up, you can’t put it down.
