Join Ava on her heroic journey as she explores the universe, and learns about the different types of love on 10 spellbinding planets.
This is a book that celebrates the unconditional love that we have for our children and reminds us that no matter what life throws our way, our love will always be there for them.
A beautiful story that will fill your heart with warmth and sure to be cherished by parents and children alike.
I borrowed "A world in one" by the talented Nomi Lifowe thanks to my Kindle Unlimited subscription and what a wonderful journey it is.
Nomi presents a lullaby for little toddlers that is an ode to LOVE. Through the different pages of this short book for kids, love is explained to the little one, all that love is and more. Simply wonderful. Nomi's words are accompanied with outstanding illustrations. I had the chance to read this book on my 10" tablet and when I put it on horizontal and I was able to read two pages at the same time I was able to enjoy the illustrations and the book at its maximum, I totally recommend you that if you go digital with this book, do the same.
If you're looking for a lullaby book to share with your little one, stop searching, you got it with this one.
Love can be many things, both peaceful and powerful. One little girl travels through the many ways she has experienced love in this poetic book.
This is a fun book to read at bedtime. There isn't really a story here, just a lot of ways to describe love, but I appreciate that there's so much creativity and representation for different ways to love, from protecting to hugging and adventuring. The illustrations are bright and wonderful. I found the lack of rhythm jarring at times, and some of the word choices were too harsh. I don't like that all the F's and K's are capitalized, but some fonts are unpredictable like that. Overall, though, a cozy little book that gets better each time you read it.
Thank you to Nomi Lifowè and BookSirens for this ARC. All opinions are my own.
This children’s story is both beautiful and heartfelt. This story felt so personal to me, like a story I would make up to tell my own child. The illustrations are wonderfully original and authentic - you can really feel the love poured into them. A magical and uplifting sweet story.
This Short and sweet book has some beautiful and bright pictures featuring a young girl interpreting love in a number of ways. The picture of her protecting herself from the arrows or climbing the tree full of gems was particularly impactful, and the poetry around reflects her feelings beautifully. For a child, the idea of a parents unconditional love is very important and I feel that this book would really drive the message home. The lullaby at the end really captured the essence of the book and finished it nicely - it was a moving poem which was impactful in driving home the message.
This was a cute story with illustrations to match. This was very fun to read to my toddler niece and she enjoyed it very much. We will be reading this one again.

“A World in One'' is a cute story of a little girl who is told throughout the book by her mother how much she is loved. The book is filled with beautiful and imaginative illustrations of fantasy worlds and animals that will appeal to any child and parent.
This book is great for boys and girls ages 3-8. It has an engaging storyline that is easy to read, and should help empower and build confidence in any parent/child relationship. The narrative does have some abstract wording that may be difficult for a child to understand. “A love that’s beautiful, a chaos of grace, because hues untamed accent the uniqueness of you,” although poetic, may be over the heads of some young readers. But the author, Nomi Lifowe, keeps a steady flow of positive and encouraging messages throughout this book.
This story would benefit any children dealing with confidence issues, or just needing some extra love. “A World in the One'' makes for a quick and easy bedtime story that any child and parent would enjoy.
Wow! This book is amazing in so many ways! I feel like this should be a five year old book, or in this area of age.
This book is so beautiful! I read this book with my kids. They loved how many great pictures there were in the book! The words are easy to read too. The message of this book is beautiful 💖
I loved all the drawings in the book. The little girl is simply so cute!! Oh and there's this beautiful lullaby at the end of the book!! I wish I knew what music to sing it to but I loved the meaning.
Really, a book full of love! I'm sure any kid reading this book will feel happy and warm inside. I know my kids definitely thought so after reading it.
The author really did a great job! I can't wait to see what other books this author has written.
This was a super cute book with amazing illustrations. It reminds me of Love You Forever by Robert Munsch but more poetry. I was a little confused by the intended age for this book as the poetic lines and vocabulary didn't match up for a child, but the illustrations were very childish. Also it is "baby toddler and dreaming books" which implies it is meant for very young children. My eight year old more put up with it than enjoyed it as she's not very into poetic lovey dovey books. I think if i had a younger child they might enjoy it more but I would be stopping to explain it a lot. In the end, i think its well written i'm not just sure what to make of it

My 5 year old and I loved the artwork in this story.
But after reading the synopsis, we expected planets to feature a lot more in this story. A book about planets and love would have been the perfect combination for us (my son is planet and solar system obsessed). Asides from the art, there were no planets here.
The text was good. There were a lot of nice descriptions of different kinds of love.
It did bother us though that the text didn't rhyme. There were a few almosts, which made it seem like it should have rhymed and just felt a bit odd while reading it.
A World In One is full of heartfelt sentiment and gorgeously illustrated. I really enjoyed the creative way that the book plays with colours and themes. Each page would make a beautiful poster or card.
This is a cute book to snuggle up with and read with your little one. Some of the vocabulary is a little challenging for young children. However, the sentiment of each page shines through.

This is such a gorgeous book! From the whimsical, colourful illustrations to some of the most poetic writing I have ever seen in a children's story, A World In One was a delight from start to finish. It honours love and the bonds that love creates, and it is a beautiful book to add to any family's collection.
Beautiful drawings illustrate this book that is basically a love letter to the children/young people in your life. It reinforces how much they are cared for.
The author states she is a survivor of familial abuse which can make children feel undervalued, isolated and unloved. I'm sure her history was part of the motivation to write this book. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this story.
What a lovely spark of joy this book is. Full of love and warm hugs. The illustrations and colours used are absolutely beautiful and compliment the story so nicely. A pleasure to read.
