Peak Performance is about applying strategies to our efforts that increase efficiency and productivity. The best part is that, most commonly, this increase in performance comes with a more calm, stable life.
PEAK Mindset Tools for Entrepreneurs was created to help you identify conscious and unconscious factors in your life that affect performance and to highlight strategies that can help take your performance as an entrepreneur to the next level.
This book explores the habits of peak performers, the actions peak performers take, and the strategies peak performers employ. It is a kit providing various tools you can use to perform at your best.
The number one goal in PEAK Mindset Tools for Entrepreneurs is to provide examples from elite athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs, psychologists, MDs, PhDs, MBAs, CEOs, and more on how to perform at peak levels. There are no limits to what levels of performance we can achieve, and this book will provide an array of perspectives to train your mind and body as you strive toward peak performance as an entrepreneur.

I loved how Peak Performance for Entrepreneurs brought together such a range of authors each with their own inspiring and actionable chapters. Not every section is for me right now, but great to know I can come back to a chapter when I need help with either of my businesses.
This has some great insights for entrepreneurs. Especially, chapter 8 Lessons from the Periphery. Paul Daniels looks at things in a different way. He is able to see things that others don't. In this chapter, he relates how his keen awareness comes from dyslexia.
Great book filled with wisdom. I particularly appreciated the chapter on Strengths Philosophy (chapter 22). It makes sense to build on a foundation of strengths rather than weakness. Solid content.
