This is a beautiful story about second chances. Jaime and Quinn were a couple until years ago when he broke her heart and left her without a word. When he returns after years as a hardened Seal who has been through a lot and is broken and damaged. When Jaime meets Quinn again he sees that she has a daughter and was hurt at first, but when he later finds out that she is his daughter he is angry and hurt but now for the fact that she has not said or said anything that she was pregnant. At first I thought he was stupid, why are you mad when you disappeared without a word. But he does his best to get back into a relationship with Quinn and also with his daughter, but that is not so easy because she does not trust him and she does not want her daughter to be the same as her when he suddenly disappeared. The storyline is well described and you could easily empathize with both characters. Will they get back together and will Quinn give Jaime a second chance? You will find out if you read their story is a must.

The Right Time For Home And Family -
The resentment Quinn had built ever since Jaimie left without a word, came tumbling out when she met him after six years. Whilst Jaimie was hoping to rekindle their romance, Quinn wanted him to stay away, as she was holding on to a secret, that had life changing implications for both of them. Jaimie was elated to discover the secret Quinn was keeping, but just as they embark on a relationship, their lives are thrown into chaos due to a misunderstanding and it would take patience and the intervention of a precocious five year old to get them back on their path to a happily ever after.

I was totally engrossed in this story and couldn’t put it down, until I finished reading it. I totally recommend that you add this book to your kindle library, as you will definitely want to read it again after you finish. I can’t wait to read more books from this author.

This is a great second chance, accidental pregnancy romance, there is definitely a happy ending.

Baby for my Best Friend's Brother was such a great story. Quinn loved her best friends brother until he lied to her and broker her heart, then he left and he left without knowing someone big. When her best friend died it broke both their hearts. Jamie returned home after leaving the Navy but was surprised to find Quinn had moved into her parents old place or that she had a little girl, his little girl. Now he has to prove he won’t leave either of them again. He wants a family and future. Will Quinn be able to forgive the past? Wow! So many emotions. A great second chance love story and and I loved the story and characters. I would definitely recommend this book and I’m hoping their friends Lex and Fiona get a book.

Sweet second chance

Oh this grabbed me immediately.
I loved the main couple, they grew up as neighbours and she got a teenage crush that was reciprocated as young adults but he was in the military and after promising to leave and become a couple he left her for his military career, only he didn't know he was leaving her pregnant so 6 years later he's shocked to see her with his child.
Their daughter Rose was hilarious, no filter an abundance of energy and a totally loveable demon child lol.
Lots of bitterness and feelings bubble up but ultimately they find the love again and we are a HEA ending.
Id love to read about Fiona and Alexen, two of their friends they introduced to each other I think it would be a fan addition also story. ( maybe it's already to one click I'll go take a look lol )
Id definitely recommend reading.

This is a heartwarming ,touching and steamy second chance romance story of Jaime and Quinn,the two fell inlove when they were young and Jaime promised Quinn that he's not leaving her but ended up leaving for the military and broke his promised not knowing he left not only the woman he love but his unborn child too..5 years later they both returned to their hometown and finally learned that he has a daughter that he didn't know about and he promise himself that he will do everything to win back his woman and his child..

Quinn and Jaime have a history and things didn't end well. Now both of them are back in their hometown. When they run into each other Quinn isn't friendly towards him and he doesn't understand why. However, its not long before he sees Rose and things starts to come together. Will they get a second chance to be together? Can Quinn move past their history to start over?

This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Things didn't end well for Quinn and Jamie the first time, as he disappeared without a trace. She kept an excellent souvenier of their time together - Jamie's daughter.

Five years later, they're back in their home town, and there's a LOT of baggage to go through if they want any possibility of an HEA. Especially when Jamie sees his eyes reflected in those of a little girl named Rose... HIS little girl.

Great read. LOVE Sophia Bent, and highly recommend her books to everyone who loves a love story when they have to fight for their HEA.

Jaime and Quinn dated, but then Jaime disappears without a word and leaves Quinn alone to find out that she is pregnant. When he returns years later, it turns out he signed up to be a SEAL and when he finds out that Quinn has a baby that is also his, he is angry. He tries to reinstate a relationship with Quinn and get to know his daughter but Quinn doesn't trust him anymore and doesn't want him to do the same disappearing act on her daughter. Will Jaime be able to convince Quinn that she can trust him now.

This is a second chance romance story. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Love second chances. Quinn, Brynn and Jamie were neighbors, growing up together. Quinn and Brynn were besties. Jamie and Brynn were siblings. Six years ago, Quinn and Jamie finally got together until one night he left without a word. Brynn died. And Quinn became a single mom. Today, Quinn lost her job and moved back to her hometown. Jamie quit the military and back home. Guess who are neighbors again. Love it.

I'm giving it 5*, but not sure it should be. I liked the plot, loved little Rose and Jaime, but Quinn bugged me. It took so long for her to believe him. I get that he left, but during those 6 years, you could have reached out to him and then when he did show up and shows how much he cares, she took forever to accept him back. Just took too long... But otherwise a great redemption story. And Rose stole the book!.

Jamie and Quinn have both returned home after being away for several years. Jamie left suddenly 5 years ago leaving Quinn heartbroken and with a surprise he has no clue about. They have both returned to the homes they grew up in and when their paths cross it will be both bitter and shocking. How will Jamie react when he finds out about sweet little Rose who looks just like him.

Wonderful story line with lots of angst, bitterness and love. I really enjoyed this book.

He didn't know what he left behind until he had enough of military life and came back home. The surprise he got was a big one and he couldn't believe it. This book has heartache, sorrow, and happiness. I loved Rose she was just a spitfire, sometimes she sounded like she was older than five but still made you laugh. I liked how the book talked about how they met and a bit about his background of being adopted. I also liked that even though they had their struggles they fought for each other and got their HEA.

A sweet and emotional second chance/secret baby/best friends brother romance, Quinn and Jaime had a secret relationship and Jaime left to reinlist and left without a word. Now both Jaime and Quinn are back in their hometown and Jaime is taken aback when he finds out Quinn is a mother and he's the father. Little Rose was a really sweet hellion. Good Story.

Is this our second chance or is it going to be heartbreak again?

Quinn & Jaime story is a fantastic read. He broke my heart 5 years ago leaving without a word & little did he know I was pregnant. He's back, the attraction is till there & as soon as he see's my daughter he knows that he is the dad. I want my daughter to know her dad but are we headed for potential heartbreak?.

This book is really good and will definitely fall in love with Rose .Jamie and Quinn grew up together and one night changed Quinns life but now they're both back home and now can they find a way to get along? Jamie and Quinn had a lot of growing, healing and loving to do. With Rose around no one was able to be in a funky mood. She carried the story with all of her little quirks and that little smart mouth. Geez. So much hurt and loss and heartache that turned into a start to HEA the way it ended. Lower rating due to the blaspemy and negative references to God.

I really enjoyed the book. It was a roller coaster of emotions but i loved every second of Jaime & Quinn’s story and how their love conquered all at the end. I was mainly interested in this story due to the fact that it has second chance romance, single parent and a secret baby. It’s three of my fave tropes rolled into one.

Jamie and Quinn are so amazing. They have a history together. They loved each other but hard headed people get in the way of love. They parted ways but she never told him they have a baby. Years later they come back to each other. Love has a way of doing that. You can fight it all day long, but if it’s meant to be it will be . A really great book!!!
