Libro corto (unas 70 páginas) que se puede leer en una sentada (aunque he tomado notas y me ha llevado algo más). Hay partes informativas, rodeadas de muchas otras que son cosas de sentido común (un equipo motivado trabaja mejor que uno desmotivado. Therefore, hay que motivar a los equipos). Pocos ejemplos concretos, solamente enunciados "de teoría". Dos estrellas y media.

Somewhat informative. Very broad ideas with no real examples. A lot of these ideas are common sense.
