Thoughts From the HEADoc: Quest for Sanity

Rate this book
Thoughts From the HEADoc chronicle of some of my most interesting thoughts from the past decade and a half from my personal journal. The intention is for it to be mainly a collector's item to sample from time to time and not read all at once. Life as a psychiatrist can be lonely sometimes without an outlet of expression. This has been a consistent part of mine. Most content relates to work in mental health, sharing of appropriate personal life experiences, and opinions about current events of the time.
As always, my objective is to stimulate discussion and deeper thinking with humor because laughter is always one of the best medicines. There is also a bit of poignancy and sadness as this is a reality in most every life. Keep in mind that these writings are totally from my personal perspective and total agreement with any topic is not expected. Over the years some of my views have changed as they should when we grow from more experience and better information.

Extremely interesting and entertaining to read. Intimate and personal insights from the past up to the present day. I found reading a few entries at a time to be the best approach. Definitely worth having in your library.
