Helpful guide

This book is extremely helpful, it’s full information and is basically the most easy explanation of how to create and maintain the best structure for LLC.

If you don’t already have the LLC this could be helpful to inform what questions you should ask as you form the LLC. As someone who already has their LLC and has specific questions, this book was frustrating because the author mentioned that “x, y, and z are very important to know” and then did not explain or answer “x, y, or z” 🤦‍♀️ If you’re a true beginner, it might be very helpful! As a beginner already in the game, it didn’t help much at all.

Very helpful and simply explained

I would definitely recommend this book because of its simplicity while being very informative. It has created a direction for me to pursue while decreasing any uncertainty of not having the knowledge, understanding, and plan to embrace a dream of owning my own business. Thank you Mr. Carlson. I truly believe good things come to those who wait upon the Lord and your book was the perfect confirmation I needed. In the past I have attempted to open this door through reading beginner books only to quickly close it because I felt very overwhelmed. Excellent!

Gives the basic bones of LLCs, steps to take, things to consider, taxes, business structure, record keeping with examples sprinkled throughout. I've found the reference materials at the end of the book helpful, as well, for further education and insight. It has moved me from standing still to moving ahead with my business endeavor, having supplied me with basic knowledge and next steps. Highly recommend for anyone who has ever dreamed of starting a business but wasn't sure where to begin. This book will get you moving with first steps toward realizing that dream.
