This is a good book for girls who want to learn tips and strategies for learning math. It's certainly got a female flair, but the tips are handy for all children. I like that it gives some common sense and helpful tricks for learning multiplication and division, and that it also offers study techniques, test-taking strategies, and suggestions for taking notes in class. Overall, it's a short and entertaining book and while it won't likely make a child a math whiz, it can offer a boost of confidence that math is not only fun, but essential for everyday life. I enjoyed reading this book and got it to give to our girls. I hope they find it useful and entertaining, too.
