Probably one of the best textbooks I've read. The soft-tissue taphonomy and child abuse case studies towards the end got pretty grisly, but then again there would be something fundamentally wrong with me if I didn't find them disturbing.

Excellent textbook! Really great mesh of practical information with engaging case studies. Keeping this one for sure.
