The intensity picks up as fights are happening all over the labyrinth. Fairy Tail has to face the strongest adversaries they ever fought, and it’s crazy to see how well they all developed since the very beginning of the manga. Each of their development is so unique to their character.

For example, Natsu became so insanely intelligent in his battle strategy, when in the past he used only brute force and never thought before attacking. Lucy, who is recognized by most as “the weakest”, managed to maximize the potential of her powers, she's become such a strong opponent (and not just the damsel in distress). And of course, I can’t not talk about Ezra, who had this very defining moment when her enemy cut off the hair that gave her her name. I can't wait to see how it will impact her character development.

I do love the antagonists we get to know more. They feel much more complex than past antagonists, and I can never guess what is going to happy with their storyline. I love to see them confront our heroes and each other.

He's on fire

With the members of Fairy Tail and Diabolos within the labyrinth the power, skill, and bonds of friendships are put to the test as groups face off against strong opponents on both sides. Then there is Ignia having crashed the party throwing Selene's little party into a BBQ with an unexpected guest. Come for the friendship, action, and trash talking for this book has it all as the 100 year quest takes a mysterious turn.

DAYUM. Now THAT was cool. Very Fairy Tail. Epic fight after epic fight. Absolutely loved it.

I really don't know what else to add at this point, cause I'm mostly just.flabbergasted by the fights.
