I got the book solely out of curiosity. It's a very different way to cooking. The immersion machine is not super expensive. The food holds the nutrients and comes out delicious. Lots of different recipes. They are easy to follow. I'm already dropping hints to friends and family for a Christmas gift. I like that the temperature is controlled. It's a slower cooking process.
