Short book about the value of hard work. While there is merit in this book, I don't think it will speak to some neurodivergent children who also work hard but may not have the same outcomes as the child represented in the book. For some, it is not a lack of traditional "hard work," but rather they are trying to operate in a system not built for them. I think I will skip adding this installment of the "I Choose" series to my school office.
