Leong claims that this train-the-trainer book will give one the knowledge and skills to behave like an expert trainer who has got everything under control, while appearing relaxed and approachable. It simply did not meet my expectations. While it is true that it provided one with the theoretical knowledge and some tips, yet, all these seems to be rehashed from similar works. There's nothing new here that one can't just look up online.

While it did not provide me with anything specific in terms of training techniques, I did, however enjoy the chapter on "Icebreaker Exercises" and "Setting Up and Running Exercises". I really found the chapter discussion on "Dealing with Difficult Participants" to be sadly lacking since the tips were quite generalized.
