The poems that follow were written around the confines of shift work, rising before the sun and laying down long after the day is over. The endured hours of sitting down in front of the typer, writing and revising in an attempt for perfection, are pieced together within these pages. Although perfection is very much a subjective matter, and remains largely unobtainable, one cannot simply wait for it to come, as such, this is as close as he can get right now. his greatest attempt.
