Grumpy Silver Fox by Cami Calvin is my first time experiencing her work. The characters were well developed and easily relatable. The story is different, interesting and engaging. It was an easy read that I did not want to put down and makes me want to read more of Ms. Calvin's work.
Ezzi is a 20 something that has been through more than many people much older than her. Ezzi thought she had everything together and in order. She had a good job, a nice house and a man she was with for 10 years expecting to marry him. That was until she was replaced by her step-sister whom he married just weeks later. Then, the company she worked for sold out to a company that moved everything overseas and let everyone go with no notice. Everything that happened to Ezzi in a short period of time led her to have self-esteem issues and lots of self doubt. Ezzi is there to meet her best friend and adventure enthusiast Pepper and try camping for the first time.
Logan, a military veteran that came back from deployment to find his wife cheating on him and gave up on the idea of love. When his best friend died too young, his friend's brother and himself started the sporting goods company his friend always dreamed of. Logan and his partner built a very successful company and are now billionaires. Logan field tests all new products personally to make sure they are up to his standards.
Ezzi and Logan meet briefly at a hotel near a lake. They are both attracted to each other. Ezzi never believing he would be interested in her and Logan surprised by his instant and great attraction to her. Neither expected to see the other again. Ezzi's friend Pepper was delayed and told her to meet her at the campground later so Ezzi set out trying to do something out of her wheelhouse on her own. She took the wrong trail, got lost and wandered into Logan's remote camp. Bad storms make them spend the weekend together and fall in love.
This is a wonderful, easy read that I will recommend but I don't know that I agree with the title of Grumpy or Age Gap. Logan was not Grumpy when he first met Ezzi at the hotel and the only reason he was grumpy at the campsite was the bear mace. Yes, Logan was older than Ezzi but when I think of Age Gap stories- I think 20+ years but that could have something to do with my own age.
I truly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more of Ms. Calvin's work.

this book is so fun to read. this is fiction so i'll accept the ridiculousness of the whole story.
so we have ezzi and logan stuck in camping because of the storm, of course they had to make it through and wait for ezzi's friend pepper to get her back. with the close proximity and mutual attraction, there's no doubt they will eventually give in to the sexual tension. let me just say that the smut was sooo good and it was so hot. the two of them together just whew, i just need to fan my self.
again this is fiction and a fast read with less than 200 pages. so the most unbelievable thing is they fall in love within like 3 or 4 days together and he freaking proposed to her. i know, i know, i shouldn't make a big deal out of this but i can stop my self from laughing because it's just so crazy (they both think it's crazy too)
anyway, this is still a good read. i liked the writing style and the flow of the story. it was not all over the place. even though the plot is beyond belief i still had fun reading this.

This story is so much fun. It's unique, I don't think I've read a story with the basis of a grumpy/sunshine, age-gap romance that also has so much adventure. Of course, there is romance too, but there's a real story here to go with the spice. Ezzy briefly meets Logan early in the story; they are both intrigued by the other, but that's where they leave it, figuring they'll never see each other again

Ezzi and Pepper are best friends, Pepper has a to go out of town for work and has Ezzi meet her at the campgrounds and take the easy route which will bring her right to the grounds. But Ezzi is not a camper like her best friend and decides that she will prove to Pepper that she is capable when she gets to the fork in the road she decides to take the hard path to the camp grounds not realizing that her friend told her what way to go because she could easily get lost as she did. She stumbles across a camper a long while later and things change for the worse long before they get better. Logan is a business man out in the forest testing tent equipment before he allows it on to the market and he likes being out in the wilderness alone he always takes the hard path into the forest and today is no different he hears a noise and he thinks it might be a bear and he pulls out his bear repellent only who came crashing through was a woman who made the worse thing happen. A short little outdoor romance. The storyline and characters are very entertaining. I read a copy via BookFunnel without obligation. I volunteered an honest review.

What Is Destined Cannot Be Changed -
I really enjoy reading slow burn stories and this one didn’t disappoint, as it was just as captivating as the author’s other books. I really enjoyed how Kevin and Anna kept trying to fight the temptation because of Anna’s dad, but they also kept getting interrupted just as they lose control. The heat between them was HOT and once they had a taste, they both found it difficult to keep their hands off each other.
Unfortunately, everything came to a head with the surprise visit from Anna’s dad and the subsequent drama that followed, but as luck would have it, they were finally able to get their happily ever after. This was a wonderful story to read and I am happy to recommend it, if you are looking for a steamy and entertaining story, that you won’t be able to stop reading once you start. This book deserves to be at the top of your TBR list.

Overall: I really liked it. But it was very different from what I thought it was going to be
First: my negatives
There were a lot of details. But this was really only like the first 20% of the book. After that it seemed to pick up.
This hero did not fit the title. He had one moment of grumpiness which was understood given the circumstances. All other times he was really sweet and in tune with his feelings. I really loved him.
Now my positives:
The sex scenes were fantastic. The romance was fantastic. It’s definitely an adventure romance- camping, storm, bears. I wish we had an extended epilogue because i always like that closure of knowing things stayed happy with our couples. I liked the dialogue and the growth of the relationship. I definitely enjoyed the read and I read it quite quickly - didn’t feel a lull so overall - definitely a great read.

This is a lovely story about Ezzy and Logan. Ezzy has been through a lot in her life from one day to the next her fiancé decides not to marry her but her stepsister, and when she also gets fired from work for no reason she decides to go with her friend Pepper camping to put everything together .. Camping is also not without a struggle, when Pepper is delayed, Ezzy decides to investigate the area and runs into Logan there. The storyline is enjoyable and funny to read I think the characters and their characters fit well. The chemistry and attraction between them is clearly palpable. This is definitely recommended to read and to find out whether they find their happiness together or whether things turn out differently.

Grumpy Silver Fox: Bad Boy Billionaire Age Gap Romance is Logan and Ezzie's romance story..An instalove that is so sweet and steamy that you can taste it! a young woman who hate camping and an older man who loves out door and a CEO of a camping gear company met at the campground at the lake,when Ezzie found the money clip that Logan dropped the attraction is there already but fate have something more for them when Ezzie decided to do solo hiking /camping and takes the trail to the campground at the lake and waits for her friend to join her,but being a novice she found herself lost and stumble upon Logan,the hunk of a man she cannot forget.. From the beginning I’m hooked. Main female Ezzie’s personality locks the reader in with her “normal” boring life description and how if anything is going to go wrong, it will and her simple roll with it mentality. Her counterpart best friend Pepper compliments Ezzie’s life. Ezzie’s encounter with Logan is dreamy and the story continues to enthrall the reader. I love this quirky amusing romance. I love how something tragic can be beneficial and a destiny or fate moment. And I’m a sucker for man in uniform. Love it! It is so with reading many times. I received a complimentary copy from the author for an honest review.

The story is simple, cute, hot and brings together two characters with diametrically opposed characters: Ezzi who likes her comfort and who, to clear her mind after a breakup and please her best friend, goes camping, and Logan, an ex soldier who converted to the development of camping equipment.
Neither of them are looking for someone because of their past, and yet their attraction and restraint is as strong as it is unexpected. It's simple, but it's a good romantic story.

Ezzie and Logan will grab your heart in this short novella. They both have been hurt and were wary of love. Their chemistry explodes when they met at the hotel when he dropped his money clip but both backed away. A chance meeting camping brings them together again. A bear, a storm and a little bear spray to liven things up. This was a cute age gap romance with lots of steam. Well written with strong, likable characters and an engaging story line. I read an advance copy via the author and voluntarily chose to review it.

So all I need to do is get lost hiking in the woods and I will find a man like Logan? Ok.
This was a quick, fun read. Lots of sex. They had great chemistry and I love how in the beginning camping was the last thing she wanted to do but by the end she had fallen in love with it. And Logan too. I loved Logan and I really liked Ezzi too. And I LOVED the end. I wish there was an epilogue showing them down the line somewhere, I imagine them camping with their kids at the same spot, or celebrating was anniversary there, but other than that it was really good.

I loved this book. Although it was too short.
I love camping, I camped with my family when I was young. They died a year & a half when I was teen. I called a few times after that.Camping is a favorite memory of them.
I'm glad our heroine got brave enough to travel the black diamond trail & get lost and then finding her hero. They'll never forget the tale of the Bear Mace.
I loved this book. Although it was too short.

Smutty, fun, and a solid read while I'm at the register while the store was dead. I had a huge problem with two things. Number one, I hated the fact that they used sex as a tool instead of just stating how they feel. I also didn't like the fact that they decided to give each other their numbers so they could try to meet up again after the fact and he shows up at her hotel room in a suit with flowers and proposes. Like...what?

She stumbles across another camper Logan. And there is this short outdoor romance. The story and characters were very entertaining.

A really cute story!
I have to say, this story was a very pleasant surprise! The storyline was a bit silly; the characters were a hoot, the plot twists and turns were hysterical; and the HEA was really great. This is definitely a ‘feel good’ read and I encourage you to give it a try!

There’s just something about a hot, grumpy Silver Fox that makes you wish you had your own. Especially when he knows how to fish and cook while camping. Add in that he has his own company, and woo Lordy(!) that makes him even hotter.

Love can be found in all kinds of places
This was a cute love story. Who knew getting lost in the woods would lead to love. Well for Logan and Ezzi it sure worked out. A shy girl found confidence that she didn’t know she had and it worked out in her favor.

This book hit quickly with the attraction. I loved that Ezzi was so straight to the point. Logan was good at what he did. The second go around of them meeting and the rest is history. The heat between them intense and hot.

I only got through a few pages, but "grumpy" is definitely not what I would call this guy. He literally said, "You saved my backside." Who the fuck says backside??? And when you get into his head and hear his thoughts...uh-uh. He seems kinda corny. I have no interest in reading further.
