About the author

G.K. De Rosa has been an avid reader from a very young age. In fact, before she could even read, she tried fooling everyone into thinking that she could. At the precocious age of two, while living in Italy, she had memorized an entire children’s book in Italian and expertly turned the pages at the exact right moments of the story. As she grew up, she always enjoyed literature, no doubt having been instilled with a love of story telling from her early years in Catholic school where she was greatly influenced by exemplary teachers who taught her the value of English and Literature. Though she did not pursue writing in college and instead went for the more traditional route of International Business inspired by her love for travel and all things foreign, after a move to New York City, she found her creative writing side calling once again. She began writing a restaurant review blog, City Lights and Tasty Bites, detailing her other passion – food! The hectic hustle and bustle of the city, combined with long commuting times gave her the opportunity to spend more time reading and rekindled a lost love. After reading countless books in many diverse genres over the two years in New York City, and returning to her home state of Florida, she felt compelled to write something for herself. She had always felt particularly drawn to Young Adult novels and having been an eternal romantic at heart, a fantasy romance was a natural choice. She currently lives in South Florida with her real life Prince Charming and their fur baby, Nico the German Shepherd.

Absolutely adore this series

Okay okay, so when I first read the blurb I was a little hesitant to pick up the series. I’m not much of a reality tv show watcher. However, I am so glad that I gave this series a chance. It is so much better than I thought when in reference to a bachelorette style show. I absolutely adore it. And now that the collection is put together into one book, so much easier to read. Also, absolutely love the bonus content. After having read all the other series, I love how it shows this is what started it all. It connects everything on a whole other level and I am here for it.

From finding herself on a reality TV show surrounded by men, to the magical end.
This series didn't move me or change my life as a good five star would. It wasn't an amazing read, as a good four star would be. It was just book candy. Something fun to read that didn't make me think or really have to focus to know what was happening. Read this if you like: Reality TV, Magic, Human who is not human

I’ve read and loved all the series set in Azar, and as the first one, Hitched definitely has a special place in my heart ; ) Plus, it’s where I first met Ryder (one of my all-time favorite book boyfriends). It’s paranormal romance mixed with fantasy all wrapped up in a juicy mystery. Kimmie-Jayne’s dream is to become an actress, but when she lands the starring role on a dating show, her world is turned upside down. Hitched isn’t your average dating show…

There were so many twists and turns during the series, and I was constantly on the edge of my seat. I couldn’t get enough of the sizzling bachelors and guessing who Kimmie-Jayne would pick was too much fun. Of course I had my favorites.

If you like paranormal romance with a thrilling twist, you need to read this series! You’ll be hooked just like me.

I enjoyed this series more than I expected. At the end, I bonded with the main characters and enjoyed their stories and was somewhat sorry to see it end, except that I know there is a series after this ;)

However, this is a very fluffy series. The heroine and her bachelor contestants immediately feel such emotion and passion toward each other that I spent a good portion of the series expecting a big reveal about some manipulation there. I imagine one of the secrets revealed at the end of the series contributed to that passion, but I'm making that up. I don't know.

There are twists and crises, but most of them resolve with very little conflict. There are a couple of related overarching mysteries.

If this were a murder mystery, I'd call it a cozy. Enjoyable, but light.

WHAT A RIDE!!

If you are looking for a romantasy series that has plot, hot alpha males, and lovable characters this collection is for you!

I’ve been in an annoying reading slump lately but boy oh boy did this series take me out of this. It took me 2 days to finish the box set and I want more!! The characters and fantasy creatures in this book were so unique and exciting. I loved everyone and literally cried when people were voted off. The MFC was super interesting and likable which isn’t always the case. If you’re in the mood for entertainment and to be glued to your kindle or book download this right away!!!!

I read the first two and a half books. After that I didn't really care anymore
I very lightly skimmed until the end.

Perhaps if I had spaced the books out I might have been more interested but Kimmie was starting to irritate me with her perky sweet attitude. And I never understood why the guys wanted a female mate. That may have been answered, but after 2.5 books I should have already had 5hat explained.

From start to finish this series had me hooked. The twists and turns keeps you guessing.
Kimmie-Jayne Starr lands a role of a lifetime on a reality show “Hitched”. The 25 bachelors are all more spectacular than the heart can handle. Kimmie-Jayne is mesmerized.
The characters are strong and well written and the friendships made along the way are amazing.
I highly recommend this series.

holy moly just amazing!

I truly enjoyed hitched. I fell in love with the characters. The twists and turns kept me holding my breath. This story has it all for anyone who loves fantasy and secretly hopes that one day it might all be real . Highly recommend this collection you will not want the story to end.

I really enjoyed this book, I do love to binge an entire series in one complete edition! I loved Kimmie-Jayne, she was such a lovely character, she went through a lot during the filming but stayed strong throughout. All the bachelors were such different characters, I loved getting to know them all and all the plots that were revealed made for such a compelling read.

A bit of a slow start…

…but absolutely worth reading. This is described as a slow burn and recommended for young adults or older. It is not steamy in any way. If that’s what you’re looking for it isn’t here, but you should read the series anyway. This is extremely well written.
