The moment I started this I immediately thought it would be my pet hate. A barely legal Lolita hankering for dick and the supposed Alpha male who can't contain himself and cums in his pants. Can it get anymore cliche? Thank god it veered away from that path.
Cyrus and Daisy both come from loveless homes. Now with their parents married to each other, they're one big happy family. To say that Cyrus is displeased is an understatement, where Daisy will take affection where she can get it.

Daisy Unchained by Elena Dawne was such an unexpected surprise and enjoyable read. I typically don't read step-brother romances but Cyrus and Daisy were not related at all. Her "mother" who married Cyrus father was actually her step-mother. However, the forbidden romance aspect was still there. I was impressed by Elena Dawne's writing and the way she wrote her spicy scenes. The main characters were not one-dimensional at all and had their own struggles and demons to overcome. Daisy and Cyrus were both the nurturing type of individuals but Cyrus did a better job of hiding it behind his cold and asshole exterior. But, it didn't take long for Daisy to walk past his defenses due to her sweet and kind nature. While it was certainly lust at first sight between these two, it didn't take long for them to develop feelings for each other. I also didn't mind the age gap and kinky scenes—but fair warning to those who feel uncomfortable with lactation scenes and the d*ddy trope.
In the end, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this sweet and highly erotic love story between a heroine learning to accept her sexual inhibitions and desires with the man she adores and the hero who similarly comes to terms with his place in her life as a Dom and someone who also needs to care and be cared for. I enjoyed their dual nature—Daisy was submissive but obstinate when it came to giving Cyrus her love while Cyrus was dominant but due to childhood trauma, he had been oppressing his inner self to never want love. There was a very interesting dynamic between these two and the author did an incredible job exploring that through their sexual engagements and developing relationship. This certainly won't be my last book by Elena Dawne and I look forward to whatever she comes up with next.

Furious at his father’s adoration of a new stepsister, he’s completely unprepared for his instant attraction to Daisy, the female lead, and totally shellshocked to find her literally feeding his baby half-brother who she is not related to in any way. Then he realises she’s basically an indentured servant in the house and he’s determined to bust her out…
This story is dual POV, well written and edited, and extremely erotic - to the extent that I paused when trying to decide between romantic erotica and erotic romance. In the end, I’ve categorised it highly erotic romance because Daisy and Cyrus do finish the story loving each other and planning for the future (I don’t consider this a spoiler - we ARE reading romance here). I personally adore lactation kink so this story was right up my preference alley. I adored Cyrus as a service Dom and nurturer, though Daddy play is not my favourite, and I enjoyed the absolute priority he placed on care for Daisy, both physically and mentally. I enjoyed both lead character’s development and paired relationship development that was embedded within their physical relationship but still separately identifiable. I enjoyed their open communication about their physical engagements and bodily limitations, as well as their less open working through of mental baggage. This is the first story I’ve read by this author but it won’t be the last.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t even know what to say here…. I mean…. I kinda hated it but kind of loved it too? The dialogue was just horrible. Like, I’m pretty sure “Ants in your pants” was literally used during a sex scene. It was cringy. But some of the sex scenes were pretty hot? I don’t know. If you like lactation, milking, pseudo step sibling, age gap… it’s worth the read. Just ignore the horrendous dialogue. 🥴

This book is over 200 pages of absolute fun!
Well written, nicely developed characters, in a thought out world, telling a lovely story about two lonely humans surrounded by people. But that’s only part of what I came for, when I hit that download button. I struggle to get thru even the spiciest of k—kfests, which this book is, if it’s not written well, with believable characters. The fact this book also tells a compelling story, is one reason I keep coming back to this author. I devoured this book, from start to finish.
I adore when talented storytellers turn their attention in this direction. I mean, obviously if this isn’t your jam, maybe don’t? But the way this story is written, the open minded reader may find they enjoy more types of… jam, than they first thought.

I saw this one in a lactation kink post and picked it up. This started off good and I was really into it. However, this should have been a novella. While I am all for pure smut, reading over 200 pages of nothing but that is tiring and repetitive.
Also, the author really tried to make me believe that this grown 30-something-year-old man with too many issues and a 19-year-old who hasn't even lived life yet fell in love. Not buying it. Fell in love how? All they did was have sex or think about having sex. You can't write a 200 page book and not even give me something to think that they are in love or that their relationship will even work out.
Overall, this should have just been a smutty novella. The length forcing of a relationship ruined it for me.

I love love LOVED this book. If you're looking for smut with a plot, this is for you. If you're into a certain milky kink (lactation play)- THIS IS FOR YOU.

LISTEN. I know. I know that you’re reading that I gave ‘Stepbrother’s Sweet Milky Princess’ 5 stars deadass out in the open when I have family on this platform and you’re probably confused as to where I got the audacity. Let me explain.
I’ve never delved into this kind of smut before because I was ashamed that I’d have to put it on my Goodreads to be able to log it in my challenge but you know what I’m OVER it. I loved this book.
Yes, this is a book about a step sibling relationship turned sexual, with a lactation kink, a daddy kink and way more. But it’s about so much more than that too. Take the smut away (I mean, don’t, cause once you give it a chance and let go a little it’s actually quite hot?), and this book is about two people who were denied affection growing up and find it in each other as adults. It’s about Daisy, who longs for someone to care for her in a way she never was, and Cyrus, a man who wants nothing more than to do just that. Cyrus, denied of affection and loving, caring Daisy. They fill what the other lacks, and while maybe I didn’t relate completely to everything in the book, it was easy to find at least something in these two characters.
In a book like this, especially with it being my first, it’s bound to be a little icky. I’m really not shying away from that. Even now writing this review, I’m really wondering if everyone on my Goodreads really wants to know my thoughts on such a “”milky”” book. But regardless, I think the plot was setup well to minimise the icks as much as possible. There’s no blood relations involved at all really, which helped to suspend the social norms enough to really enjoy this book.
All in all, a way different read to my usual on my shelf and I’m really glad I gave it a chance!! A quick read, nice palette cleanser with super sexy smut that may or may not have introduced me to some new things I didn’t know about myself…

This was probably the best book I have found so far that incorporates the “breast feeding fantasy”. Most of those types of books are short hucow type erotica but this had more depth to the characters. It is still mostly erotica-focusing on the sexual relationship in the bedroom and not much else. I do wish we could see this fantasy incorporated in a romance novel that also has a plot. I also wish Cyrus could have gave into his need for comfort sooner in the relationship. By the time we see him finally accept and give in, the story is about over. The ending is abrupt and I would have liked an epilogue. The actions of the parents were obnoxious and didn’t make much sense.
Overall I gave this book 4 stars because the smut portion was awesome 🌶🔥❤️🥵🌶🔥 milking, pumps, toys, spanking, 🍑 play, daddy/girl etc. It was a longer read so we get more action😉. I recommend it if you are looking for a better milking romance!

Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not entirely the biggest fan of insta-anything,
I’ve been seeing reviews for this particular book from the moment it became available. I kept putting it off because of how short it is, as well as the insta-everything factor. But finally I caved in with a sample cause I hit a book-block and surprisingly I was hooked!
It did drag a bit, I honestly think that if there had been more drama, more story and more breathing room this would’ve been not just a hidden gem fantastic book but I think I would’ve appreciated the Heat scenes more. Because there was so many Heat scenes and a lot of tropes thrown in, that it became a bit congested.
I Give this Book a 4-4.5/5 Star Rating, Can’t list it as a True 5/5 but honestly was very close, listing as 4.
