Siva Prasad Bose is a retired electrical engineer and a writer of practical introductory guides on aspects of law, focusing on Indian law. His main interests lie in laws related to electrical grid, inheritance and probate, marriage laws, negotiable instruments, and senior citizens.

He completed his engineering degree from Jadavpur University and law degree from Meerut University.

He is an avid football fan.
He currently lives in New Delhi with his family.
