Annemarie Colbin learned early of the important relationship between food and having grown up in a vegetarian household, she spent many years integrating Eastern eating philosophies with Western habits, studying the works of everyone from J.I. Rodale and George Ohsawa to Julia Child and James Beard. i have always been a big fan of Annemarie Colbin since I met her in the 1980s. This cookbook focuses on making healthful, great tasting food that are great not only for serving guests but everyday. The red lentil pate is terrific

I really like it, it is mostly recipes very helpful I'm planning to cook them and also implement the Chinese Five Phase Theory and planning of learning more of this I think is fascinating!
