Reading this, I feel that the author has extensively cooked using these recipes. In addition to detailed prep notes, there's also notes on reheating and how long items can be stored. Many of the recipes look good, I've made some of these on the stovetop, and a faster cooking version would be nice. An excellent cookbook.

I own this one. I refer to it when I want a recipe on the fly. I'm not a snob; I actually use my microwave actively. Recommended by my book club friend Claudia
