Rarely it was so hard for me to rate a book. This one starts with good intentions and offers many critical views but also good ideas on nowadays society and system. Education, Work life, managers, democracy, .. But sadly with every single page you read, the author is falling deeper into a very depressive view on nearly every aspect of the book. That's why it is becoming harder and harder to continue with the book. I had to pause with it for several times. Truly, the author lost his job because he wanted to tell the truth and didn't accept company's gag. But he didn't manage to keep a clear and neutral position to the aspects, so even with a lot of goodwill, sometimes it is very hard to believe what he describes. Nevertheless - or maybe especially because of this fact - it is worth a view and you should be aware about the existence of this rare piece.
Seems to be some kind of future-lies-ahead dingus. Found at Aims bookstore, published 1991. I have not yet cut through the German to any understanding of his thesis....something about everything moving ahead and fast, and all for the best.
