Do you often feel lethargic, heavy, and sluggish? Do you struggle with weight gain, congestion, or water retention? Are you prone to depression, complacency, and attachment? Is your skin oily and prone to congestion and dullness? Do you find it difficult to adapt to change and feel resistant to new experiences? If so, it's a clear sign that you need to balance your Kapha Dosha.
Ayurveda, which derives from ancient Vedic scriptures, is a 5,000-year-old medical ideology and philosophy based on the idea that we are all made up of different types of energy.
There are three doshas in Ayurveda that describe the dominant state of mind and body—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. While all three are present in everyone, Ayurveda suggests that we each have a dominant dosha that is unwavering from birth and ideally an equal (though often fluctuating) balance between the other two. When doshas are balanced, we are healthy. But when the doshas are out of balance, our well-being is hampered.
Each of the doshas has its own special strengths and weaknesses, and with a little awareness, you can do a lot to remain healthy and balanced. I’ve made a complete series of these three, one for each. This is Kapha; the other two are also available. You can use this series to adjust your lifestyle and routine in a way that supports your constitution.
In Ayurveda, Kapha is characterized by Earth and Water elements, making it the heaviest and most stable of the three doshas. In the body, Kapha is liable for solidity and all structures, as well as the right volume of body fluids. It regulates the weight, growth, lubrication of the joints and lungs, and the creation of all seven tissues—nutrient fluids, blood, muscles, bones, marrow, and reproductive tissue. Protection is the primary feature of Kapha.
Kapha types are calm, rooted, and genuine when they are in harmony. If Kaphas get out of balance, they binge-eat and under-exercise, triggering weight gain and diabetes. Stubbornness and commitment can become a matter for the emotional body. The unbalanced Kapha skin exhibits heavy oiliness, inflammation, cystic acne, blackheads, and large pores.
In this book, we'll dive deeper into what Kapha means, what throws Kapha out of balance, and how to identify the Kapha Dosha in your environment, in yourself, and in others.
With this book, I'm going to share with you everything you need to know in order to balance Kapha Dosha and use it for your overall vitality, joy, and well-being.
We've advanced a lot. However, with this advancement, we have brought many mishaps upon ourselves as well. In today's world, our health is constantly under siege - from the pervasive influence of mobile phones to our dietary choices and overall lifestyle.

This is the last one that published on 10th May and it's compilation is done very beautifully. Everything has been explained in a well-versed manner. Thank you 👌
I was not familiar with the ideas presented in this book, which served its purpose of delivering useful information. It is a quick read which really helped me understand myself better: a lot of ah-ah moments and pieces of information that will be useful to keep in mind and implement lifestyle changes for better well-being. The two main elements that could have been improved for me are the many repetitions - I don't mind key ideas being repeated in a book but here, considering the type of information and style, it felt more like a lack of efficiency and organization of ideas - and some apparent contradictions sometimes, probably due to a lack of detailed explanation for people like me who are discovering the topic and have no previous knowledge (For example: why is eating soup ok for Kapha when it contains so much water, which they should not have too much of?). A good, solid basis and introduction for people who want to know more about this subject.
As someone struggling with kapha imbalances, I eagerly read this in 2 sittings. While there is a bit of redundancy, you will definitely come away with a clarity around foods and practices to find balance (and let's face it - weight loss, if you're a kapha.) One thing I would like more of is recipes and even daily meal plans, because the 'don't eat' list is quite long - including many favorite foods (nuts, avocados, sweet potatoes, mangos! Even seemingly innocuous veggies like cucumbers!)... So maybe a kapha cookbook next?
