Huh, I kind of thought this was the last volume and would cover the college exams. But no, and based on the authors note this was not intended to be the end, but it’s been four years since it was released so it might be anyways? Still, typical Hidamari fun and an enjoyable read.
I feel like I was deceived by the back cover because when I saw it, I assumed we were in for a new resident of the apartments.
That said, it's nice to see what my favorite art students are up to after a four year hiatus. Hiro and Sae have been moved back to tertiary (if even that) characters, which I understand given they graduated.
It's fun seeing the younger girls come into their own personalities (and who knew Nori could be such a perv!). The author's note at the end said that Aoki hoped that volume 11 and Yuna and Miyako's final year would be a quicker release, so we'll see.
