I have to say that it takes a real knack for talent to be able to write a love story with such brilliant and beautiful characters. That it also takes a lot of skill to be able to write a beautiful and bring it love story The has children in it. Dylan and Remi were the icing on the cake of this love story. what I loved most about the characters was that Everyone was genuine, everyone was authentic and everyone truly have their heart open for Second chances and forgiveness. This author has the power of words to move world's and make readers shake in their boots and cry in their tissues. Lucky for us, we get to do both and celebrate while doing it.

Jensen Jeffers made the ultimate sacrifice when protecting Teagan from embarrassment and shame. He married her and took on the role of provider and husband to care for her child, Remi. Even after all the battles and heartache, he would still have done nothing to change it because of the bond between him and Remi. He might not be her biological father, but he was the next best thing. So, when everything changes and he ends up alone, he still has Remi in his life, but he's still alone. Meeting the spitfire who's out for his job makes him take a step back. However, once he makes a decision. He goes full throttle. And that decision is to protect the damsel in need. Missy might say she doesn't need or want a man, but she hasn't met a man like Jensen yet. A man that with every fiber of his being is telling him that Missy is worth it all and he will do nothing more to protect her and her son.
Kahlen did a fabulous job on this story. We readers may have had to wait extra time for it but it was so worth the wait and I couldn't have been more enthusiastic about the outcome. This story along with it's counterpart are a beautiful wrapped package with a nice bow on top.
