If you enjoy crime fiction with a romantic twist as much as I do, I'm sure that you will love Cal and Mila's story! "Collision" was a slow-burn and even if it turned out a little predictable for me , I still enjoyed it!

Brilliant
I love this author and the way she builds a story. The relationship was believable and the drama they're thrust into is wonderful to read. You can't help but turn page after page.

Really cool book.
This story had a little bit of everything: suspense, romance, action. It was a slow burn romance, with a little too much push and pull (mostly from the heroine), but it was captivating.
I really liked how flawed the characters are, that made them more relatable and believable.
The story behind it all (the investigation about a dangerous criminal) was enticing and the secondary characters were enthralling.
Who doesn't love sexy men in uniform?
The next books sound promising.

While this was not my time reading this author, it was the first of her police procedural stories I have tried, and I was not disappointed. Aves did a great job building suspense and while the plot twist did not blindside me, it was still nail-biting enough to keep me turning the page and dreading the outcome. The chemistry between Cal and Mila was a curious mix of steamy tension and explosive outbursts spurred on by their own insecurities, producing an intriguing romance tale.
There were a few moments in the book that confused me, generally where I was unsure who was saying what because of the way Aves split the dialogue from the action. Other than that, I enjoyed the novel and look forward to reading more of the series. I recommend this one for all lovers of romantic suspense.

Romantic Suspense books are my jam, I love them. What I found different with Collision; it is written in the 1st person with dual POV. I haven't read too many 1st person romantic suspense. This book was easy to read and written well.
Right from the start it drew me in and I immediately liked Mila.
There was just the right amount of romance, quick to start but slowed down.
Overall this was a well written, entertaining book with wonderful characters. I would definitely recommend this book to others and as this is my first book from this author I look forward to reading more from her.
I did find a few continuity issues but they were negligible, the start was a little clunky but really a non issue once the book progressed.

I love the slow burn.
Mila is a victim of a bank robbery. She witnesses a death and has to run away. Mila drives away and gets Into a car crash. She is hit in the back and meets a very tall man with blonde dreadlocks. He is Cal, an undercover cop who is still dressed in disguise from his last case. He apologizes and asks Mila if she wants to get coffee with him. They go to the nearest diner and get to know each other. Mila and Cal then learn Mila is in danger from the thieves who robbed Mila’s bank because she is a witness.
This book is great from start to finish. It grabbed my attention from the first page. I loved the characters. Mila is cute and shy however is brave when she has to be. Lol. Cal was hot and very brave. Their slow burn is great. I was very satisfied with the slow build of Mila’s and Cal’s relationship. It was just right. Not too long and not too short. I'm not a fan of instant love. Lol. I love the action and adventure. It was fast-paced and held my interest through to the end. This is my first novel from this author and will not be my last. Crime and romance, an intriguing combination. Mila and her co worker we’re in a bank heist. She survived, not her co worker, hence nightmares. Definitely gripped me from the beginning. Don’t miss out.

I loved reading this book, I couldn't put it down. Cal and Mila's story was amazing to read, and a great introduction to the whole team.
Cal made a mistake 5 years ago and is determined to correct it ever since. Mila has been trying to survive the horrors from 5 years ago. When they unexpectedly meet everything comes crashing back.
The writing is excellent and duel POV meant I really felt like I got to know both Cal and Mila and how they both tick. The way Cal was with Mila just made my heart swell, he is perfect for her. Mila was so likeable and determined to try and live her life.
But this book is not just about Cal and Mila, there is also an amazing plot that will keep you hooked and also some great supporting characters who I hope will all appear in future books. A hige amount of thought and planning has gone into this story and I can't wait to read more of this series.

The name of this book says it all. This book truly is a collision of Mila and Cal's lives. Affected by the same bank robbery and the same man who always seems to be one step ahead of the police, Mila and Cal have to learn how to put the past behind them. After five years, they are brought together once again. Not by a bank robbery but a random fender bender (or collision *wink*). Despite the robbery being a key event in their pasts, they surprisingly don't recognize each other and the relationship blossoms organically as they get to know one another. Although they seemed to speed into their relationship quickly it was admittedly adorable the way the two were with each other. I loved the combination of the sweet moments, the suspense, and the thrill of the chase. I can't wait to read more about the other characters that Sofia has created and see then catch the baddies.

This one made me cry, yell in angry, and weep with joy.
I can relate to Mila’s suffering of anxiety because I suffer too. But like her was able to find my way there. Callum was that saving grace and devil to beat all in one. He was amazing from the beginning and reading their story place out was one of the greatest things for me. Maybe it’s the romantic in me but stories like this one give me hope. I want to thank Ms. Aves for bringing awareness to PTSD and anxiety. That in itself means the world. And that message of awareness is wrapped up in one brilliantly written novel! I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.

Collision is just that, a collison of everything all in one book in an amazing way. So we start off with a bang, like seriously. I loved how you get pulled in to the story and it evens out then builds again. It is definitely a thrill ride. I love the suspense, the romance and the thrill of the chase. Do we find out if the bad guy gets caught or elludes Cal and the boys. Will MIla and Call finally take it to the next level. The connection is there but with everything going on it may be on hold. I have not read any type of police romance books but I can honestly say that I will definitely be adding that to my genres to read. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.

Five years after a bank robbery that ended in tragedy, trauma and the escape of the robbers, one of the investigators and one of the victims met in a car accident without knowing, at first, about their involvement in that past event and start a relationship. Their relationship is developing fast until the group of robbers find out about Cal and Mila's involvement and start chasing them.
It's a story full of tension, romance, love and action that made me curious to know what would happen in the next chapters.

Great reading I enjoyed! This was an awesome read that I thoroughly enjoyed and I highly recommend. The story and characters pulled me in from the beginning and I couldn't stop reading until I finished. If you love hot alpha males and the heroines they love with a hot and sexy romance then this book is for you. It's an awesome book and a definite must read for any fan and I can't wait to read more!!!

This is a police romantic suspense and I liked the fact it didn't lay too heavy on the police procedures but you do get a sexy cop. There is the perfect blend of suspense, romance, action, and steam to keep the reader hooked until the very end. This was a new author for me and I will definitely be reading more from them!

Suspenseful
Damn this one was tough. I was always on the edge of my seat while reading this book. It was a tough one to crack but the end was definitely worth it. Mila is so strong, and her awkwardness with Cal is so endearing! I loved Ashley and her unicorn glitter 💜
Definitely recommend this book for everyone that likes suspense, crime and mistery with some romance and steamy scenes in between 💗

I loved this book, it had me hooked from the first chapter all the way up to ending. I can't wait for the second book to come out so I can read it as well. The character development was so amazing especially for the Main male character and main female character. I love that they were able to have a happy ending

I don't usually go for romantic suspense books but I figured, what the hey. Let's give it a try. I am so glad I did. The author did an amazing job building the plot and character creation throughout. This book will keep you on your toes trying to figure out where the story is taking you. All around amazing job.

Romantic Suspense has NEVER looked Sooo Good!
I found this to be a superb storyline that grabs you right from the start keeping you engrossed and on edge throughout the whole book!
Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well.
The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting.

I absolutely enjoyed Cal and Mila's story. So many twists and turns I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys detective stories. I can't wait to see where this story goes. I hope that they can be back with Ashley again.

I absolutely loved this book. I book kept my interest and I could not put it down. It had so many turns that made it an interesting book. I loved reading Mila and Cal stories. I totally recommend this book to read. I am looking forward to see what happens next

This was a fantastic book, kept me glued and the connection to the characters was intense, very well written and no lulls in my attention. Not usually my genre (I am a sci-fi / fantasy fan), but highly recommend! Waiting with anticipation to read the books that follow.

This is truly an amazing read that will grab you from the get go. It moves along at a great pace. Has characters that will grab you and no matter what you will fall in love with them and want to see them overcome everything in their way. This story is amazing and must be read. No doubt about it.

Another great read by the author. The characters are engaging and well developed with plenty of chemistry throughout the pages and the twists took me on a ride page by page.
