Samantha Whittaker, Sam to her friends, a beautiful and ruthless agent of the new British Counter Terrorism Agency (CTA) an elite group within British Intelligence with a brief to operate outside the niceties of International law; targeting - then eliminating all enemies. The CTA are ruthless hunters in a world where the threat of terrorism has escalated onto the streets. Life in the UK is harsh and paranoia is a natural state. Working alone and hunted by enemies from all sides she discovers the power behind the organisation and how they have corrupted both Governments and Terrorists to create their own world. Squeezing it dry of power and control. They have one weapon with which they influence all administrations, dictating who lives and who dies; who prospers and who suffers. A weapon that has the potential to send the world to its grave. Against insurmountable odds Sam must find a way to destroy it.
