Very good book full of examples. Shows very clear way how to use main project management tools.

A real world guide on how to plan,execute and manage projects. With real world examples, this book not only helped in understanding the nuances of project management in real world, it also gave a kind of perspective which I didn't have before.
Project Management is an art as well as a science and to master it a companion like this book is a definite help for all project managers.
Some parts which were really great were chapters on risk management in the plan,turning around the falling projects and chapters on team management.
