Nothing Is Impossible

Rate this book
This Women of Faith devotional helps readers rediscover the limitless goodness God has planned for them. Too often, the heart and mind of a woman hit a roadblock, something that teaches her that her dreams will go unfulfilled. But with God on her side, anything that could stand in her way is a silly challenge for his awesome power. In Nothing Is Impossible , women encounter page after page of encouragement, humor, insight, and teaching to rediscover the God who will not let them go. God is not stingy. He does not weigh out his love grain by grain or squeeze out his forgiveness one tiny drop at a time. No, he pours out mercy in a flood. He loves more than seems necessary. This loving God swoops into the lives of women and opens doors of possibility. As Romans 11:33 says, "Have you ever come on anything quite like this extravagant generosity of God?" In Nothing Is Impossible , women will receive this generosity over and over.

This was a lovely, inspiring and encouraging collective of entries from various Christian women! I was especially moved by the last entry, which tells us readers to live every day well. I enjoyed reading this book very much!

Reading this devotional was like visiting with some local ladies I've known for a long time, ones that spending time with you could gain some wisdom. Overall, I really enjoyed it. However, I must say as talented as I find Nicole C Mullens, I thought her last entry about the woes of flying economy class to Europe was questionable - talk about first world problems! I found that story very unrelatable. All in all, a good devotional to complement Bible reading!
