I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. I liked the way in which the topic was split up and appreciated the cartoons throughout. This book is a great one to read if you constantly feel like you’re running out of time or don’t have enough hours in a day. However, I found the formatting terrible and made it really difficult for me to read but I’m not sure if that’s just because I had a digital ARC copy and that could have been addressed before publication.

This book was a refreshing step back to look at the drivers of productivity and understand that any and all of them can create a shift to get me back into the productivity zone. I appreciate the author's willingness to share her stories and the practical tips that come out of every chapter. I often have problems with over analyzing and found the productivity curve to provide me with greater awareness around the problem and how to work on leaving perfection behind.

Excellent and entertaining

This was a quick read but packed with helpful information. The ideas and concepts are broken up into three major themes. The chapters flow easily and she utilizes storytelling to get the concepts across. You may have knowledge of some of what she calls the 10 core drivers but Penny gives you the complete picture. I would highly recommend the book.
