Touya and crew confront a manta ray shaped Phrase. They can't do anything and a random kid shows up and single-handedly destroys it. And instead of lingering on the mystery that is the Phrase and Ende, we skip off to find the teleporter to Babylon. Which they do, and Touya gets a cool new toy along with another pervy robo girl. (How big is his harem again???)

But there's a nice little lull in action where Touya sets up a library café and it makes me happy because this is what I would've used my phenomenal cosmic powers to do. I will one day live in a library.

But then we're right back to some action... in a different country.

Touya opens a Reading Cafe to help the slaves he freed. While he's off in the Regulus Empire getting new stock, he stumbles on a coup.

His luck with women rears its head again, and he saves the Third Princess of the Regulus Empire. She falls for him.
