Tracy B recommended I check out this book to help me with some of my in-game anxieties. I felt that this was a helpful book, though I wish I had more time to sit down and work through some of the proposals.

The two biggest ideas I took away from this book were visualization and constant feedback / self-assessment. This is definitely a book I would recommend to others.
